I was cited for speeding. Given the difference between the speed limit and my alleged speed, I was not eligible for traffic school. The fine was almost $500. Additionally, since I would not be able to take traffic school, my insurance was in danger of a gigantic increase, potentially doubling! I sent Mr Roberts an email asking to learn about what he could do for me. My realistic hope was that he could just get my cited speed lowered so I could take traffic school. He promptly answered, and he formulated a plan. He appeared in court upon my behalf, I did not have to come in myself, saving me a great deal of time. While I'm sure every situation is unique, he was able to deliver far above what I had hoped: he was able to get the entire citation dismissed! In the end, the fee I paid him was less than the original fine, and I did not have to pay an increased insurance premium for potentially 3 years. Going with Mr Roberts saved me potentially thousands of dollars in insurance costs over 3 years, as well as the cost of traffic school. I hope to never need his services again, but if I do, he will be the one I contact!
