I've been working with Nathan and his team since 2017. Prior to my bankruptcy that Nathan is working me through I was funneled into a system that set me up for failure. Nathan took over my situation, walked me through everything we needed to do and has me on a path to financial recovery. I know this may seem cheesy to anyone who wasn't in my situation or worse but I was placed on anti depressants and entered into therapy and I really do attribute Nathan helping me out of my situational depression by providing a very clear to me path to financial recovery after my divorce, hospitalization and loss of a loved one that ultimately wound me up in my the mess that resulted in the situation I found myself in. Since filing for bankruptcy he has assisted me with the legal aspects of securing housing while in my bankruptcy as my father became gravely ill in 2018 and continually declined leading to him potentially needing to move in with me and my family at any moment. He also assisted me very recently with acquiring the court's permission for purchasing a vehicle as my car had a major mechanical fault during my bankruptcy. While I'm still slightly over a year out from my bankruptcy discharge just knowing that Nathan and his team are available for legal assistance I have incredible peace of mind that cannot be properly written in words. He also took the time to follow up with me on the final processes and what I need to do to prepare for discharge that will be coming within the next year. Very few other professional services have given me this level of care while I was going through the pitfalls of life. For this I am eternally grateful to Nathan and all he is doing for me, my family and all the other clients he has. Thank you!

Nathan Berneman is an Amazing attorney. He helped me throughout my Chapter 13 bankruptcy-which was a 5 year process for me, but he pulled through for me and I highly recommend his bankruptcy services to anyone that has to file bankruptcy.

When I thought about filing bankruptcy, I reached out to a friend for a referral - this is how I found Nathan. I already felt like a failure in managing my financial situation and I was scared that Nathan would judge me as well. JUST THE OPPOSITE! When I got laid-off from work and my unemployment income ended, my last resort was to file for Bankruptcy. But it was inevitable and could no longer keep up with paying my debts as my priority was keeping my apartment. I had submitted close to 400 job apps. hoping that I can get a job to avoid Bankruptcy but the luck were against me. I consulted Mr. Berneman back in March. Nathan filed a Chapter 13 BK for me and he did a great job. He worked hard with the court and all the creditors to make sure the paperwork was filed correctly. He also answered all of my emails in a timely manner. I would recommend Nathan to anyone who needs a good Bankruptcy Lawyer.
