Rob is a great lawyer. He is honest and knows the law especially when it comes to DUI cases. He was able to do what a public defender could not due to lack of knowledge which kinda says a lot about our justice system, sadly.

Rob For Mechanics!!! I don’t know where to start with explaining my pleasant experience with Rob. I was pulled over for a DUI I had open containers in plain sight a friend who was passed out in my back seat and to top it off I blew a .14—it was just a mess. This was my First DUI so I had no idea of the process but Rob made the whole process so clear and so easy. I can easily say if it wasn’t for Rob’s punctuality and patience I would’ve not gotten the verdict I wanted. This process dragged on for almost year “because of Covid” and generally these DUI process are not quick—Rob was amazing! He showed up for 4 of my hearings and ALWAYS made sure to give a follow up of how it went and what the plan going forward could be. I never had to miss work, never had to call off a million times. He took care of everything and for the final date where I had to show up I had a medical emergency I couldn’t make it and Rob with ought blinking re-scheduled, sent me a new date and said see you soon— THATS A BADASS. As far as my verdict we got exactly what we spoke about from day one Rob was able to get my charge reduced to a Wet reckless and as a Auto Mechanic I explained Rob the importance of not being charged with a DUI because essentially it wouldn’t ruin my career and not allow me to work anywhere and he understood and executed my case perfectly. I was referred to Rob by my license defense team. I am a registered nurse, and getting a DUI has the potential to basically ruin my career. I made a bad choice to drive after having a few drinks at a bar with coworkers after a hard day. I was pulled over just several feet away from arriving at my destination. I blew .11 on both breath tests. I was arrested. Reality hit me like a ton of bricks, I was an absolute mess... After I was finally able to compose myself, I called Rob. Rob was very honest with me, gave me realistic expectations, and guided me through this confusing process. For the most part, Rob was quick to respond to my questions and concerns, texting me back or calling back soon after I reached out to him during the duration of my case. He helped me delay my DMV hearings when not all the evidence was available. This helped keep me driving so I could go to work. Later on we found out my blood test at the station came back at 0.15!! Rob turned a dire situation into one with a silver lining. He communicated with the prosecution, using a rising BAC style defense to negotiate. When all was said and done, he managed to get my DUI reduced to wet reckless! This is a major victory for me, as it can be pivotal to saving my career and my license. Thanks Rob! Rob is the best! How I know that as the truth and why you can and should believe me: because I have worked with other Dui lawyers before. This was my second time offense DUI. And I didn’t choose to go with the first lawyer I hired. Rob a.) offered me a way more affordable payment plan versus most other lawyer fees that are over the top expensive and not worth the extra cost added to the already costly amount of just getting a DUI in the first place; b.) He actually responds to you right away (call or text or email) which my first lawyer (who was supposed to be one of the top dog lawyers in the LA area ) wouldn’t. I never had to text or call Rob twice or worry he wouldn’t get back to me; c.) as I mentioned before this was my 2nd time DUI…he got my case dropped to a wet & reckless! I actually had lower court fines than my first time too!!!; d.) he is super kind and caring and doesn’t judge you and actually looks at you like a human. Other lawyers just make you feel like you’re profit only, a mindless business transaction, and that’s all they care about (the money). Rob actually cares about you and the outcome of your case. He made me feel totally comfortable and our conversations were super down to earth and I felt like I could ask him anything and he was very clear and thorough explaining things to me and in a way that wasn’t condescending or judgmental. He even brought me chocolate the first time we met! Haha. Which by the way, he drove out of the way from his own office to come meet with me when I asked for a meeting because I had so much anxiety and lots of questions. He calmed me down, as most lawyers “will,” but he also followed through and got me the best deal I could have asked for. Most other lawyers are all talk. And they just tell you what you want to hear. I could tell Rob was sincere and truly cared and would work his hardest for me and he did and that is what calmed me down. He honestly felt like a smart friend going above and beyond to help me get the best outcome. For the love of everything holy, as a person who has been through this before….go to him. He will work hard for you, treat you with respect, get you the best deal possible, and won’t break your bank. He’s got my full recommendation (honestly, necessary requirement even) and faith.
