SCAM! 1 star is too generous for the service provided by Mina Tran. She obviously sells herself well on the initial phone call, takes full payment before doing a lick of work and then takes forever to get back to you. She sent me places that no longer exist for my visa as well as telling us to provide documents that aren't even necessary for what we needed. The customs officer laughed when we told him an immigration lawyer was the one who guided us. She always had excuses such as being in meditation or undergoing house renovations. She had the audacity to validate her fraudulent work and not refund us. I hope anyone looking to work with her reads this comment as well as all the other horrible ones and saves their time and hard earned money. Every bad review on here I'm sure is well deserved.

Couldn't get past the goofy receptionist. If this is any indication of how they run a business, I think I'll look for another immigration attorney.

********DO NOT USE THIS FIRM*************If I didnt have to vote 1 star i wouldnt even post that. This lawyer took almost 6 thousand dollars off me for a B1 Visa and to work on an E2 Visa, i didnt end up proceeding with the E2 visa because Mina didnt even help me with the B1 visa asides from emailing me an appointment time, i got lied to regularly about personal issues then when i asked for a refund for the 5 grand on my E2 visa she refused, kept the money and ignored me. I EVEN TRIED TO GET A LAWYER TO CONTACT HER AND SHE STILL REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY RETAINER FOR A VISA I NEVER EVEN PROCEEDED WITH. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband needed help to clear his records and get approval for his citizenship. Mina Tran was very great at responding to all our questions and requirements. She proved to us that there are good and decent lawyers who actually do care about what they can do for people. My husband was cheated from previous 2 lawyers and for us to find one who actually got everything done accordingly and got results is definitely new. My husband got his citizenship and his records was clear. Thank you to the staffs who are always pleasant and nice to answers out questions.
