Liberty Bell Law Group is helping me out tremendously during my pending criminal case. Last year I was charged with assault with a deadly weapon not a handgun - a serious strike-one felony – in addition to other charges. Sadly, my first attorney was not suited for the job. I needed someone with confidence and experience to take my case to trial in order to reduce and/or dismiss the charges against me. Fortunately, I made contact with Lina Helou, director of client affairs at Liberty Bell Law Group. She was very professional and understood that I was being erroneously overcharged. She also spoke in detail about the particulars of the court where my case was being tried and what I could expect from the law group in addressing the short and long term issues regarding my case. I found this extremely helpful and reassuring. In addition, Lina arranged a helpful payment installment plan for both my initial retainer fee and trial fee, and offered me advice on how to get a partial refund from my old attorney. Early payment discounts and signed email receipts for phone payments were extremely convenient for me and my work schedule. Needless to say I retained Liberty Bell Law Group to handle my case and have been assigned two lawyers to represent me so far. Sevana Cholakian helped transition my case from my old attorney and reassessed the prosecution's evidence against me. Senior attorney Eric Luce is now representing me during the pre-trail and trail phases. He is no-nonsense, experienced and aggressive - qualities necessary as my case approaches trial. He also helped reduce a felony vandalism charge down to a misdemeanor at the preliminary hearing. A great outcome so far considering where I started from. I strongly recommend and endorse Liberty Bell Law Group, specifically Lina Helou, Sevana Cholakian and Eric Luce and give praise to their experience and professionalism as legal counsel. I literally don't know what I would have done without their help.

I have a Client whom was charged with misdemeanor , possession of controlled substance,and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (felony) in lebanon county p.a; also failure to appear was issued on november21,2001.this case is dated Back to 1997.. However, Mr Neville Bain is a United States Veteran and has been out of the States on several Occasions thru The military of defense and had no knowledge of the case against him in case #CP-38-CR11431-2001 in lebnon county PA... and after looking into this case we also find that there is NO FINGER PRINTS AND NO PICTURE that was ever taken AND NO ARREST... MR. Bain also has never been arrested nor does he have a record of any kind.. I do thank you for any assistance in this most important matter.. sincerely yours Mr David D McClanahan

My experience with liberty bell was amazing from the moment I called to the day of my court date. Their whole staff was extremely experienced especially the lawyer they assigned me for the fact that he already dealt with a case that was similar to mine. Eric was very professional and really down to earth, he managed to make me laugh and feel calm and comfortable on a day where you'd normally feel scared and stressed. I only have two words to say Gina Tennum is an amazing lawyer that will fight for you.I was being charge with a rico act and looking at 5 years i fired my original lawyer and decided to go with her she got my ankle bracelet removed right away and basically got me probation but the best thing about her is that i was supposed to be in a half way house for 6 months and some how she got the judge to change it unreal I LOVE THIS WOMAN.She really looks out for your best interest and will get you the best deal she is awesome.

I contacted LibertyBell Law Group by email and promptly received a reply (probably automated) saying that an attorney would contact me shortly. I waited 2 days. No one contacted me. So I called the number on their website. The receptionist put me on hold while she checked on it. When she came back she told me that the attorney was in a meeting and would phone me after the meeting was over. She never did. So, presumably, if LibertyBell is not interested in taking your case, they let you know by pointedly not letting you know. So much for common courtesy.
