Be careful with this lawyer . He wasted my time over a month . He kept promising to review my case and he never did .

I would not recommend Andrew Wyatt. Do not hire this man. Andrew Wyatt is a con man and disgrace to the legal profession. The only time he was nice when he wanted me to pay him the huge retainer amount of $8000, he demanded. He made promises that he would work hard on my case, and he is accepting my case because it's a strong case. Once I paid the retainer, he showed me his true colors. He made no efforts to work on my case except doing copy paste of the claims. Andrew misrepresented me in the court filings and even supported the opposing party to file sanctions against me based on misinformation his was spreading. Each time I asked Andrew about my case update he would either ignore and/or use unprofessional and disrespectful language to insult me. Andrew is just a petty thief who stole my hard-earned money with no intention of working on my case. Andrew even took bribe from the opposing party/double-dipping to not work on my case and withhold case information from me. This man just steals retainers from his clients and runs. Unfortunately, I didn't see other negative reviews before hiring this man. All the good reviews you see are fake reviews from Andrew's equity partners and friends.

Mr. Wyatt is an excellent attorney. I wasn’t sure how things were going to work out due to Covid, but Mt. Wyatt communicated to me through emails, phone calls, and the mail. Mr. Wyatt is professional, reliable and honest. He always answered any questions I had in a fast and prompt manner. I would highly recommend Andrew Wyatt to anyone who is in need of an attorney.

I hired Mr. Wyatt outside of AVVO, and have had the pleasure to be acquainted with him over the past year and a half. Mr. Wyatt has demonstrated that he is an attorney of High Moral and Ethical Standards. The legal service he afforded was such high quality that I would be happy to recommend him to friends or family members.

Attorney Wyatt represented me in two cases. One of the cases was for wrongful termination and the other for defamation. I was very stressed out because these were two big cases that I obtained and I was fired from one of my jobs which affected my income. In the beginning, I was so hesitant to fight for these cases but when I spoke to the attorney, he assured me that he was willing to fight for these cases. After two years of fighting for the cases, he successfully won them and I got compensation. Throughout the whole case, he was very confident and understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend him!

Thank you, Attorney Wyatt, for taking us on as a client. The outcome of our case demonstrates that you are committed, a skillful negotiator, competent, aggressive, and honest.
For the last two years, you represented our company as though it was your own.
The situation appeared dire but, you were always there and supportive. When it was all over we walked out of the courtroom with our corporation’s reputation intact and in victory.
Thank goodness that Andrew Wyatt was there to fight for us. Attorney Wyatt, you are now on our team. Thank you for all of the work you put into righting this wrong.

I had to cut ties with a lawyer after discovering a conflict of interest. I needed legal representation for a wrongful termination matter and the hearing was not too far away. I am thankful to have found Andrew who guided me on how I can go another direction and leave my bad lawyer. He also assisted me in avoiding a “kangaroo court” hearing.
Now being in the appropriate court venue for my damages, Andrew answers my calls in a reasonable manner and spends time to explain things to help me clearly understand my case. I am aware that Andrew has received negative reviews, but I don’t think it is fair to rely on such old reviews with grammatical errors and misspellings. I chose him and had to judge for myself. I was very impressed when he made his arguments for me in front of the judge and find him an excellent litigator.
It is very hard to find the right lawyer, but I believe I finally found someone that can do the job!

I retained Andrew Wyatt in two complex superior court matters. The work was done fast, the strategies were creative and workable, and the fees affordable. Andrew is a very good litigator and thinks fast. Both cases were settled satisfactorily. I really appreciated the level of care that my cases were given and I will definitely retain Andrew again if I need an attorney.

Limited contact after retainer was paid. Won a default and he filed it wrong. He alleges 24 years as an attorney and still does not know how to file a default. RUN RUN and RUN Fast. There is better out there.

I wouldn't recommend Andrew Wyatt . He supposedly was going to work very hard on representing me on a custody case, instead of him helping me with my case he got me a court order to drive 216 miles every other weekend to pick up my son. He did nothing at all the day I had the hearing at the moment that my case was called Andrew Wyatt was no where to be found , he was having coffee with my ex husbands layer and they both came to an agreement that was not beneficial at all , Andrew made me sign the agreement telling me that I was still going to have the opportunity to talk to the judge which never happen because I soon as I signed he said he was done that he had to leave. He is seriously a very useless lawyer because he got to enjoy my hard earned money for doing absolutely nothing, shame on you Mr. Wyatt.

I would recommend the services of Andrew Wyatt to anyone who is in need of legal representation. I will continue to use his services in the future.

I, and others, hired Andrew Wyatt to represent us in a real estate case against the Marshall Reddick Co. Mr. Wyatt said the case was very winnable and in fact told me that this was the second case he was bringing against Marshall Reddick. He said that our case would follow behind his first case. He never told us that he was a plaintiff in the first case, and that it included equity partners of his. Right after he took our money, he stopped communicating with us. The only time we would ever get an update from him, is when someone in our group would send out a forcefull email to Andrew, and the others, telling Andrew that they were going to contact the BAR if he didn't give us an update. After a couple years, our case gets thrown out of court (and we are then told by Andrew that we would have to refile the case in Florida and hire a new attourney...and pay more fees ). A short time later we found out that he won his first case (the one that he told us was identical to ours AND the one that he and his equity partners were plaintiffs in). Later that year, Andrew sends us an email that states that he could now represent us in the bankruptcy case against Marshall Reddick ( we all knew about this case, as we were contacted directly by the trustee in that case already). He said that if we wanted him to represent us in this new case, we would have to sign a new contract with him and pay him a new retainer fee. I am told that no one in our group signed this new contract to hire him (because he did a horrible job on our original case). Now today, many years later, we are supposed to finally get some cash settlementfrom this bankruptcy case, and Andrew ha petitioned the court to have the checks made out with his name on them (along with the individual plaintiff), so that he can get a cut of the winnings. Again, no one hired him to represent them in this case. He had already lost our orginal case and kept all of the money we paid him for that case. I would never hire him again and advise anyone else to do some serious homework if they are even thinking of doing so. I am sure that the good reviews you see on this website for him are from his equity partners in his other case that he won for them (and himself).
