I hired Mr Wyatt for a lawsuit against Marshall Reddick and others (in Superior Court). I paid a $3500 retainer. I received ~$4700 in mediation from this case (Mr Wyatt received 40% commission from my settlement). When I asked him for help with my Marshall Reddick Bankruptcy claim, he said he would have to charge me because it would involve court time. I declined and instead proceeded on my own without his assistance. I did not pay a retainer fee to him for the Marshall Reddick BK case; I did not hire him. I am receiving approximately a $50,000 settlement in BK court, and now Mr Wyatt wants me to pay him a percentage of my BK claim. He is claiming he is my attorney and filed an attorney lien request in BK court twice, claiming he is entitled to a percentage of my damages claim (and others). I am filing a complaint against Mr Wyatt with the State Bar because I am Feeling Victimized by him. Those that have posted positive reviews here are probably (though I cannot prove it) his equity partners that received a settlement in a separate lawsuit.

Andrew M. Wyatt represented me in my claim against Marshall Reddick Realty in Bankruptcy Court. I turned in my proof of claim, however, two years later the court did not acknowledge receipt and rejected my claim without notifying me. Mr. Wyatt noticed that my name was omitted from the list of approved claimants and contacted me. He had to make numerous appearances and vigorously argued my case, eventually getting to the court to admit that they had made an error. He got my claim successfully reinstated. Mr. Wyatt even followed up with me later to advise me of the deadline to send a W-9 to the court. The court had again failed to send me the notice and my claim would be rejected again. I am now awaiting a substantial check due to Mr. Wyatt's perseverance.

Andrew worked really hard on my case. Despite the issue with the way our legal system works, Andrew stood up against corporations with lots of money. Even though money rules in our legal system, Andrew was able to achieve a 6 figure settlement. I would highly recommend Andrew as your lawyer; he is very thorough and knowledgeable and will fight hard for you.

Andrew Wyatt represented me in a lawsuit against Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network. I had purchased several investment homes based on information received through the Marshall Reddick program. Under Mr. Wyatt’s direction, I sued the Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network for Untrue or misleading advertising, Commission of unlawful, unfair, and fraudulent business acts and practices, Professional negligence, Negligent misrepresentation, Intentional misrepresentation, Breach of fiduciary duty, and Breach of implied contract. Subsequently, Mr. Reddick filed chapter 11 bankruptcy. Under Mr. Wyatt’s direction, I filed a Proof of claim through Mr. Reddick’s insurance company. In all cases, during a long and difficult process, Mr. Wyatt guided me through the claim forms that needed to be submitted. He was always responsive to my questions. When the case dragged out, Mr. Wyatt submitted a complaint to the court to have a speedy resolution. I have been awarded a settlement from Mr. Reddick’s insurance company and should receive the proceeds in 60 days. I could not have won the case without Mr. Wyatt’s guidance in all steps along the way. I highly recommend Mr. Wyatt’s legal services.

Andrew Wyatt is a wonderful attorney who represented me in court for my divorce. He worked very hard, is tough and dependable, and was able to attain the things I had hoped for in court. He wasn't intimidated by the opposing attorney and did not back down from getting me child support and custody. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in the law and gave me sound legal advice. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking to hire a very good lawyer !

As a business owner I have had Andrew Wyatt handle numerous matters for me over the past 20 years and he has always provide me with excellent service, regardless of the type of legal need. I found him to be knowlegeable, diligent, responsive, dedicated - and most importantly, effective in meeting my legal needs. While there are often no guarantees in law as far as results, when Mr. Wyatt handles something, I am confident that I am getting a competent and reliable advocate.

Run!!! If you ever encounter this attorney. I completely understand why attorney's get a bad name if this guy is still in business! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and never work on your case. I am a female that was in desperate need of help. I paid this man to help me with my divorce and he the last bit of money that I had and did nothing on my case. I cried to him and begged him to work on my case or return my money but he never did. I finally had to borrow money and get a new attorney who worked on my case, settled, and closed my case within a few months. His office staff is terrible and I had to walk in many times to an office that was empty except for boxes of personal cases they had laying around to even find a staff member, Please, Please, Please don't use this guy. He is a disgrace to the law profession and should be ashamed of how he conducts business!

I hired Mr Wyatt to reprsent me in a real estate scam. In our initial meeting he made all sorts of promises in what he would do for me. I gave him a $3K retainer and then things changed dramatically. In the first six months of my case, I didn't even get one response from him. I also found out that he failed to tell me that he too was a victim of this same scam which is a complete conflict of interest. I asked him to produce the file for my case on several occassions but he never did. He also never showed me even one bill to see how he spent my retainer. I went down to the courthouse and got copies of the minutes of the court case and saw that there was a hearing that he didn't even attend. There were many other things I asked Mr. Wyatt to do but he just ignored my requests. After further investigation I saw that Mr. Wyatt has been sued before for malpractice but has settled in an effort to keep his record clean. I spoke to two other attorneys and they both told me to take him to the BAR which is what I am doing now. I am also planning on taking him to small claims court to get my retainer back. Hiring Mr. Wyatt was a huge mistake and I hope that nobody else has to go through the agony that he has put me through. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
