I had called to inquire about a concern a had with my previous employer. From the start I found myself repeating all the answers to the receptionists questions so I doubt she even understood what my concerns were. She even had the audacity to question what I had inquired about in such a condescending way instead of offering help in other areas that the office may or may not be able to offer. I offered to forward screenshots/ evidence from my previous employer and she was very quick to brush me off. Disgusting.
