This is the firm my family have used several times. From the point we have contacted the office and every step of the way we were cared for very well.
All the questions were answered, communication has been excellent and timely. We never felt forgotten or left hanging.
Every person in the firm is knowledgeable, patient and warm.
English is not our first language and when there was a need of translation or several times going over a document, it was done w no questions asked and we never felt overwhelmed or misunderstood.

These people are beyond awesome. They are truly blessed by the hand of GOD. I'm damn near in tears as I write this review. They came through for my family and I in a way I would have never expected. The settlement I was awarded was two to three times more than what I expected. I was literally speechless when I got the call from karla saying we settled and for how much. Attorneys, Mark Cunningham and Ike Sherman, along with their staff, were amazing! I was in an automobile accident, and was concerned that I would be low balled by the insurance company. However, MCISLawyers’ staff was so professional, friendly and extremely educated in the Personal Injury sector.
