If you need a strong laywer specially for mediation cases Michelle is the one. She helped me with my family case and she was so great, patient, reliable,strong and helpful to me.

I'm honestly surprised by all the positive reviews, because she was nothing but rude to me and lacked professionalism. She was not timely in her correspondence, and risked us missing certain deadlines for our case. I would recommend finding someone else and save yourself the headache!

I did not really want to get a divorce, but circumstances required that I could not ignore any more. Michelle handled the entire process in a way that made me feel very comfortable. I have heard horrible stories about divorce proceedings and just did not want to go through all the arguing and hostilities. Michelle came up with solutions that I did not know about and it made the entire process very pleasant. She also saved the X and me a lot of money in the process. Highly recommended. My husband and I signed our divorce papers tonight with love and affinity after a 12 year separation. We have kept our commitment  to sustaining family, a commitment made at the onset of our separation. We both acknowledge Michelle for making that possible.

Michelle represented me during my complicated divorce. In the few months that I had worked with her she was able to correct the mistakes made by my previous attorney which had been working on my case for over a year. She prevented me from having to go through an expensive litigation. She was proactive, responsive and compassionate during my crisis. When correcting opposing counsel she was diplomatic. I learned of Michelle through another Attorney friend of mine who recommended I consult my case with her. At the time I was skeptical at meeting with yet another Attorney, since prior to meeting Michelle I had consulted a number of lawyers who were not interested in taking my case due to its complexity. In fact when I finally had my initial meeting with Michelle and explained my case, she too confirmed that the challenge before me was going to be monumental. The difference however was that Michelle, unlike her predecessors, did not cower at my strenuous circumstances, nor did she dismiss me; in fact she did the exact opposite and agreed to take my case. After studying the endless documentation I provided her, and diving deeper into the details of my case, she sat down with me to clearly set forth a game plan, breaking down each aspect of my case into manageable goals in order to obtain the best results. She never promised that the outcome would be a success, but she did promise that she would do whatever she could to help me; and that is exactly what she did. Over the course of a little more than 2 years, there were many road blocks, the occasional victory, sudden setbacks, and a number of stumbles, and yet through it all, Michelle never gave up on me. In fact the more difficult things became, the harder she fought on my behalf. I titled this review "an Attorney who cares.." for this main reason. To Michelle I wasn't just another client with a problem; but a person who had been wronged by the system, and who deserved some justice. Thanks to Michelle, in the end, I got exactly that. My outcome was the best that anyone could have achieved given the circumstances surrounding my case. I honestly think any other Attorney would have jumped ship mid stream. I have consulted Michelle about potential divorce. She was very thorough and explained all my options and their outcomes in detail. After considering all possibilities I decided to file. I have a pathological liar and drug/alcoholic ex wife and she was driving me and my son crazy... So finally I got in contact with Michelle and she explained everything to me and moved forward with the ugly situations and made my dreams come true, I have full custody of my son stamped by the judge so it's worth more then anything in the world I know the courts are on the mom's side but not if you can prove she is a unfit parent. So basically Michelle helped me with everything and I dont mean to brag but I'm a single dad with custody of my 7 year old son and he lives and stays with me always.
