Tasoff Law Office listed under the USCIS website is one of the attorneys that have a current license to practice. Richard was very knowledgeable about our situation and gave very insightful advice. Cinay (Secretary) was also very helpful in compiling all the paperwork that we needed for immigration, and she was quick to reply with any questions or concerns. There is a misconception that the attorney will do everything for you, and one must keep in mind that the attorney is only there to guide you. To have a quick and thorough application process, we must also be fast and accurate in providing documents. We also had to make sure all of the information in the application is correct, checking it multiple times on our end. They did a great job of giving us all that we needed to turn the wheels of immigration. Richard knew the details we needed with our evidence, and when we listened and acted upon his advice, we created a fantastic packet to bring with us to the interview. Richard was also with us every step of the way throughout the interview process, he looked through our documents beforehand, and he was indeed the rock that took away part of our anxiety. Richard is the best attorney for green card processing. He was very much directed towards the goal, knew how to handle the situations well even a little kid while at the interview, yet, remained totally calm and mentally present at dealing with the case, too. He can handle multiple things at one time. He saved our case when at the end he reminded the interviewer of something that was very important and that she was missing out that could have sent our case to review.
