I had hired Richard Spencer as an attorney for an accident case I had, which Richard had successfully litigated and won. I am writing this review not only because he had won my case, but because of his outstanding dedication and devotion that he has to his practice and knowledge of the law and his pheonominal skills of customer service. Richard really makes you (the client) the priority. The main thing that stood out for me and why I keep referring friends and family to Richard is that he really focuses on his clients. He always took the time to speak with me, as a matter of fact he still does. Richard gives you a sense of your taken care of, a "Guardian Angel" is working in your favor, someone you can count on. Richard Spencer is dedicated to his practice of law and towards his clients, I found him to be trustworthy, and most of all dependable. When you hire Richard Spencer be prepared for honesty. To this day, I keep sending him referrals because of the relationship he built between us. Richard Spencer is exceptional!

I would highly recommend Richard Spencer to anyone in need of legal representation. I was hit by an auto while riding bicycle and Richard and his staff helped me through all the steps to get medical help and compensation for injuries. I had the unfortunate luck of being an innocent bystander in a car accident last July 2013. Although that was my bad luck, it turned around when I called Richard Spencer's office. The staff was great attentive and very knowledgeable. It was great and it made me feel better right away. I was not pressured into hiring the firm to represent me, but it was no question after I spoke to the the staff and Richard. He was confidant, honest and made me feel like I was the most important client. He was always responsive when I called, kept me informed and was attentive to my case.
