Several years ago I was selling my Mother's condo after she went to assisted living. I purchased it for her directly from the owner who "held the paper" on it. When it came time to close she added $6000 to the amount of my balance with no explanation and no back up paperwork. I felt helpless to remedy the dispute. Ali Nader took my phone call and in 10 to 15 minutes helped me resolve the issue. He said, "Let's just talk for a minute instead of you having to come in the office and see if we can clear a path".
