Mr. Payab has been assisting me with a landlord tenant dispute over a security deposit. With his help I have already recovered some of my deposit and it is likely that I will recover almost the full deposit after going to court. Mr Payab's warm and friendly demeanor helped me get motivated, and get prepared. He always takes time to answer my questions, even though I see him at a legal clinic where time is especially tight. Not having done this before, getting professional advice was useful. These meetings have also motivated me to read up on the law. Before, I did not realize that most legal statutes are available online. After reading the law I wrote up a short oral argument. Let's just say that I feel prepared for my small claims case.

He's given really good advice on all questions I've had, including topics of housing/leasing rules, website startups, making contracts and filing for trademarks. I never review anyone or anything - ever. The only reason that I'm on here now is because Mr. Payab deserves the praise. Last year, I ran into some unfortunate fraudulent, online businesses, which attempted to take $1,500 of my money on a technicality. Mr. Payab gave me direct and reasonably priced counseling that resulted in these businesses mailing me my money back. As a lawyer, he knew exactly what I needed to put the ball back into my court. This advice resulted in me getting the money back that I never thought I would see again. As a communicator, he easily takes complicated subject matter and gives you the key points in layman's terms. After this case, a friend of mine received a DUI, and I thought I'd pay-it-forward by giving Mr. Payab the recommendation. He listened to the scenario for free and then recommended another lawyer that specializes in DUI's instead of taking the case himself. A few weeks later, my friend's case was dropped.
