I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional service and dedication provided by Rafayel and his team. I was in a car accident almost two years ago. I was hit by a semi-truck on the freeway and spun out. Needless to say, I saw my life flash before my eyes. I had originally hired another attorney and had to part ways 3 months before the statute of limitations, because I was doing all the work. I was beyond stressed and frustrated. I hired Hasidic a few months ago and it started off very good. He was very good at communicating at least when I would contact him. Sent me an email letting me know how much his law group would be demanding from my former employers and things seemed to be going great and afterwards, everything just stopped. I sent text messages requesting that if he could keep me updated with my case so that I won’t bother him that would be nice but of course that never happened. Time went by and I felt the need to reach out and find out what the status was and I didn’t hear anything, a month went by and after me texting and calling a good number of times to no reply and finally I called the main office to let them know I wanted to part my ways with them and that’s when he finally texted me to tell me he was on vacation and will review my case once he returned but could’ve told me that before leaving. Smh The lack of communication wasn’t there and overall just didn’t seem as professional as they should’ve been. I won’t say that can’t help others but definitely didn’t help me and I will never work with them again. I should’ve read other reviews being trying to work with them.

I couldn't be happier with the way my Lemon Law case was handled. From the start, Rafy was super hospitable and really easy to talk to, which made everything way less stressful. He always answered my calls,never ignored me once, and was always there to answer my questions, no matter how small. He was super professional too, especially when dealing with the other lawyers. You could tell he knew his stuff and had my back the whole time. He worked really hard to make sure I got the most money possible, and he was extremely helpful every step of the way. Honestly, I felt like I had a friend on my side who just happened to be a lawyer. Good to know there’s people who still care out there. 10/10 would recommend and definitely returning for any automotive law related matters!
