As is often the case with USCIS, the process was made more complex due to a Request for Evidence (RFE) issued after the interview. Mr. Fred, however, was able to prepare and submit the necessary documentation promptly. We received approval within a week, which was impressively quick. One aspect of Frederick's service that I particularly appreciated was the responsiveness. Every time I initiated contact, whether by email or phone call, I received a response on the same day. I have been waiting to write this review for Fred Voigtmann and his incredible team! My wait is finally over and I'm a GC holder! I'll start by saying I had a very complicated case. I'm a German citizen and was part of my parents immigration case since I was young. At one point, I was a 2 year green card holder- but when it became time to renew, it didn't go in our favor. It has been over 15 years of difficulty to obtain status in the US and being in the immigration courts! Believe me when I tell you, this is why it is SO IMPORTANT to find yourself a good lawyer! We had several terrible lawyers who took a ton of money and promised sweet nothings and ended up having us in removal proceedings. After doing a ton of research and asking others for recommendations on a great immigration attorney in my area, i landed at Fred's office. I am confident that if Fred was working on our case from the beginning, we would all be citizens many years ago. The knowledge and ease of working with him is unmatched. He knows what needs to get done and how it will get done and he delivered outstanding results. It feels so surreal to finally have my freedom back and be able to go see my family whenever I please. I wasn't sure if it was possible and if the day would ever come. I cannot thank him and his team enough for ending this nightmare I have been for over half my life.
