Edith Nazarian is by far the best immigration lawyer I’ve ever met. I’ve been fighting my case since 2012, and it was extremely complicated—so much so that other lawyers either turned me down or said it was impossible to get permanent residency. Many asked for exorbitant fees or simply wouldn’t take my case. Edith, however, is incredibly kind, passionate, and genuinely dedicated to her work. Despite the odds, she won my case and secured permanent residency for me and my family. We will always be grateful for her remarkable support and expertise.

I have a green card that has to be updated with my name and gender due to my identity change by law. I consulted multiple immigration attorneys, who explained how they handled my case and the service fee. I was very unsatisfied with all the answers and discouraged. Then, my last hope was Ms. Nazarian. I discovered her on the internet. I called her, and she talked to me like my family. She was very compassionate and empathetic about my situation. After responding to her Q & As, I felt like she was trustworthy and she gave me the faith that she would accomplish my goal promptly. I met her at her office with all my legal documents, papers, and passport. She was stunningly kind-hearted, explained how she would pursue my case, and gave me an estimate regarding the time it would take her to do the work. She laid it all down loud and clear. Although she cannot control all the people working at the government offices, I trusted her in-depth knowledge and intelligence. In conclusion, she has accomplished all my goals in dealing with the US Immigration office, Social Security office, and DMV within four months. All other attorneys I consulted before told me it would take a minimum of six months to a year. I was charged with an alleged sex crime which under law , would’ve required registering as a sex offender before Nazarian I previously hired a different attorney who was not making any progress on my case so then I hired Ms Nazarian , when I hired the Attorney she immediately begin highlighting the discrepancies in the DA’s case , found many inaccuracies in the alleged Victim statements within the Police report , Attorney began expressing the inaccurate statements and began negotiating with the D.A First reaching out to the D.A supervisor in which The D.A office refused to waiver on their offer to me wanting me to register as a sex offender but since I was innocent of the allegation , this is something i could not agree too, the offer from the DA was 180 days in jail , sex registration, Classes and community service and again because I was not guilty and own a business with employees who rely on me , this was something I could not agree too, My Attorney continue negotiating with the DA who would not budge on their offer , so at this point I believed the negotiations were in effective so Ms Nazarian Begin to gather evidence in preparation for trial . We were ready to go and set for trial however on the day prior the trial , the DA subsequently delivered a new offer of 1 year probation . I agreed to this because it was a satisfactory outcome I could except , I accredit the great offer to Ms Nazarian tough negotiations and strategy . She’s a great attorney and I’m very appreciative of her hard work on my case .
