I would highly recommend Mr. Davtyan as your attorney for employer/employee disputes. I hired him to represent me with the conflict I had with a former employer. I found him to be very professional, easy to speak with, very Knowledgeable, and his guidance was comforting. He was available to speak or email with always. If you are looking for an attorney to handle any wrongful terminations by a previous employer. Emil is the way to go. He listens, he asks questions and he got me a settlement! We started the process at the beginning of March 2016, I just recieved my settlement this month! (September 2016) He is amazing and will get the job done!

Emil assisted me when nobody wouldn't and I felt like giving up and wouldn’t leave my side - this positively says a lot about his character. He spent a lot of hardworking hours (mostly personal time) meticulously and patiently helped me understand my problems and options (FOR FREE - I had a lot of questions). He understood my circumstances. When he didn't understand something, he would ask detailed questions - which was very helpful because it helped me think constructively and see a lot of flaws in my termination. In the end, I didn't hire Emil because my case was/is very difficult and I didn't want to break promises to former employees by using their names (as evidences) and get people fired. I had/have many evidences that would need/require me to make available my former co-workers' names - I understand how crucial it was/is for me to use their names to win my case. However, with my strong belief in integrity, I was/am not willing to use their names in such a way (even if it would benefit me) because it would not benefit them.
