I contacted Richard, on referral from a friend, after a motorcycle accident (I was not at fault). I was dealing with injuries, insurance, and trying to chase down all the parties one needs to deal with in situations like this (insurance companies, doctors, specialists, physical therapists, imaging companies, etc.). Spencer & Associates was a godsend. Not only did they take a huge weight off by dealing with all the medical providers on my behalf and handling how insurance (mine and the at-fault party) would be dealing with payment, etc., they also answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I was never made to feel like a burden, and in the end all the issues that needed resolving were handled on my behalf with no stress. This was immensely helpful while I was recovering, and I couldn't be happier with results. I never want to get in another accident, but am really glad I had Spencer & Associates working on my behalf. Everything was resolved fully, quickly, and with the best possible result. Highly, highly, recommended!!!

Spencer and Associates give you a high quality experience, as it is you’re already going through something stressful and traumatic but Richard’s professionalism and dedication make it such a smooth sailing. The absolute worst experience. Highly NOT RECOMMEND. This attorney is truly not for the people. How about I was unable to cash my check thru his account because he has a limit. Which doesn’t make sense. On top of only being for himself and in his best interest. Take the extra time u need and keep looking for a better injury attorney.
