My dad was recently in a motor vehicle accident and was hurt. Richard Spencer took my fathers case and took immediate action to make sure my dad got the medical care he needed and was very communicative with us about his case and made it absolutely easy even though we are long distance. I would definitely recommend Richard Spencer. Let me add that his secretary is amazing as well.

I was in car accident 3 day before New Year's Eve 2022. My car was a total lost, this was my first accident, and my co-workers refer me to her attorney Mr. Spencer. I did not know what to expect but to my surprise he was very helpful in any way. He always gave me an update to what was going on my case, and he fight for me I didn’t even have to talk to eighter Insurance. Only one time to my insurance after the accident I gave them the policy report that was like the only time I spoke to my insurance company. Mr. Spence took care of my case and he dealt with both insurance for me. Every text or email that I received from both insurance I just forward to him and he took care of the situation. I was very please in how he handles everything. He was always there when I had a question or concerns. At the end My car loan got paid off and I received money from both insurance companies. Now I have a new car and thanks to my attorney Mr. Spencer. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Spencer is professional, friendly and efficient. He was easy to work with and got speedy and excellent results in my case. He listened to me and respected my concerns. I would strongly recommend him without reservation.

In early 2021 I was involved in a car accident were my car was totaled. This was my first time getting in a accident, multiple car were involved which felt very overwhelming. I was injured on my shoulder and insurance companies were starting to contact me. I was advised by family and friends it will be best to contact an attorney. My friend referred me to Spencer &associates who have previously helped her on a case. That weekend I messaged them the response was no more than 10 minutes asked for details and was very friendly. That Monday he had reference me to a chiropractor and many other appointments to make sure everything was right with my shoulder. He was very friendly and communicated every step of the case. The end result was wonderful didn't expect that amount of pay out. Out of all the cars involved I was the highest paid. Highly recommended his office.

This is not the first time I needed Richard’s help in a case, and I will choose him again if needed. Him and his staff were always very responsive and patient with any questions I had regarding my accident. I felt like they valued me and my time, and put the effort needed to get things done quicker than any other lawyers office could.
