I wish I could give more than five stars because my experience was that amazing and they deserve it!! Richard is extremely professional, responsive, and caring. After every doctor appointment I had throughout my case he would always ask me how’d it go and if there’s anything else they can assist with. I was constantly updated throughout my case and there was no delays. I will be recommending my family and friends to this firm they are amazing and will take the best care handling your case!!!

This is my second time using Spencer and Associates. Both amazing experiences. There was never a time night or day that I contacted Mr. Spencer and did not receive a timely response. I was involved in an accident 2 months ago and Richard and his receptionist made the experience extremely easy. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The attorney and receptionist were both very responsive, checked on me and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made throughout the entire process. The service is quick and the team was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company!

Got into an accident before school started, Richard and his team were able to help my father and I start to settle the case as soon as possible. Very responsive even not during normal office hours. Him and his associates were very nice and understanding of the situation. Would recommend for future.
