Franklin was so incredible throughout this process. He was the first lawyer I interacted with when I walked into the Bloom Firm, and his kindness & empathy and understanding was the reason I chose the firm. I never once felt like it was about money for him, and I needed to feel that way. I was extremely vulnerable and untrusting (domestic violence case) but for some reason I felt able to trust him. He made me feel that what I was doing was the right thing, even when I felt like it wasn’t. I’m so appreciative for him and all that the Bloom firm did. Franklin was incredible and I feel fortunate to have him on my team.
