Sitora helped us with a tenant that needed to be evicted from our house. She's incredibly knowledgeable of the law!!! This was not an easy case since this tenant had experience doing this in the past. Whenever I had a doubt or a question, Sitora would get back to me as soon as she could. My wife and I bought a remodeled mobile home from an owner/contractor just over 2 years ago in Canoga Park, CA. We moved in with some construction still needing to be completed. Two or three weeks after we moved in all the work was finally finished. The house was remodeled from top to bottom as the sale flyer stated with many new appliances, roof, plumbing, etc. In a short period of time we started to find issues. Some building code violations, some plumbing, some roof, electrical, etc. There was no inspection as the house since it was not completed before we took possession. The previous owner did try to fix some items but again not to code. The problems were mounting and so were the cost to repair. I contacted Rob Adler and explained my tales of woe. I e-mailed and mailed all the paperwork he asked for and after reviewing it said we had a case. After many calls to the previous owner/contractor and broken promises of calls to be returned to Rob, my wife and I decided to drop the case. It was also getting costly. I called Rob with our decision. Here is where Rob stood out vs other attorneys. He said, you can't let him get away with this. I was stunned when he said that. Rob said take him to small claims court and get some of your money back. Rob said you and your wife meet me in my office and I will help you with all the small claims paper work. He did just that. Rob prepared our complaint with tabbed exhibits. In fact the small claims clerk remarked how professional the package was. As an attorney, Rob could not represent us in Small Claims but did everything possible to give us the best chance possible. There was also some coaching on what to say and not to say. We went to court and was able to mediate a settlement because Rob had all the paperwork necessary to prove our case to the plaintiff. The defendants went from I will give you no money to what my wife and I believe was the best settlement we could get. Thank you Rob for not letting us walk away.

Robert Adler is a very fine attorney and I hate to say one of the last ethically minded lawyers around . That doesn’t stop his savey and tenious approach to his clients problems or case . I have been in real estate for over 35 years and Robert knows his way around not only real estate law but construction and each subcontractors specific skill , or lack of it . Only 2 words - THE BEST!!!!

I hired Robert Adler, at the last minute, to represent me at trial against a collection agency. This agency sued me because I refused to pay for services that I did not want or ask for.  Mr. Adler took charge at the Mandatory Settlement Conference (“MSC”). Because of Mr. Adler’s persuasive mediation skills, the deal he made with the collection agency was fair, and I am more than satisfied with the result. Mr. Adler did not come cheap but he was totally worth it. I would use his expertise again, and I would definitely recommend him.

If we weren’t limited to filling out 5 stars in the rating system, Sitora would have all the stars that fills the universe. Sitora has helped us with a rare and complex eviction where we were dealing with what turned out to be a scam artist that had gained tenancy (this type of people is also known as “Airbnb squatter”). Sitora dealt with tricks the con artist had tried to pull. She is a very smart and skilled attorney. Thanks to our super lawyer, we have our home and life back. If there is any legal matter that needs to be handled in the future, Sitora is the person we can count on to get things done.
