Mr. Payab was very helpful when I consulted with him about my real estate case. He was very respectful and broke down the legal process for me. He was patient in listening to my situation and even listening for the minute details of the case. After talking to him, I felt more confident about my small claims case.

I called for advise and was thinking I would get a quote for a consultation. Instead...after asking me a few questions and giving me his first thoughts on the issue...he not only took the time to research the law and gave me advise on how to proceed before hiring an attorney in case I can resolve on my own. That is rare in any type of service. Oh and did I mention he emailed me a full written evaluation with instructions and emailed it to me so I wouldn't have to take notes???
