I have hired Mark three separate times; once to assist me in a complex Conservatorship with several Court appearances, and in a separate instance when I served as Trustee. In addition, he is doing my personal Trust. Mark is not only extremely skilled, smart and experienced, he is a compassionate and decent person; easy to communicate with and respectful. A very rare combination in attorneys! His creativity and resourcefulness are unmatched, as is his integrity. Also an incisive writer, I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Mark Boykin. I'm very grateful to him.
