I am the founder and CEO of a software company founded in Europe in 2011 but as well with an affiliate entity founded in California back in 2015. I was able to grow the company to multi million dollar revenue remotely by being based in Europe but traveling frequently to the US. We reached a point where I had to be now in the US if I wanted to grow the company further. I found Ashoori Law firm online and decided to go with them based on all video testimonial I had watched. They seemed to be competent and understood employment based immigration very well. I gave them a call and asked about L1-B visa, as it seemed to be the fastest one to get and the most likely to be successful. Ashoori Law initial consultation call is of very high value and immediately you get the impression that you are facing a well trained team and not just a one or two lawyer firm. Based on that initial call, I asked them what were the options if I decided to go for a green card application. They looked at my case and immediately suggested the EB1C visa which I had never heard of before and thought this was for the very well known big multinational company moving high profile executives from one continent to the US. Ashoori Law put me in touch with one member of their team on the east coast, closer to my time zone. I need to say that I was very much impressed by the software infrastructure that Ashhoori Law had put in place for the collection of necessary documentation. Me and my team in Europe, we worked back and forth with Ashoori Law to collect all necessary documentation pertaining to the european and US entity and match it in Ashoori Law software infrastructure. The Ashoori Lawyer in the east coast was reviewing everything promptly but most importantly was giving me enough confidence in the process and was keeping me on the timeline to make sure that we were to fill on time before my children were to turn 21 so that all our family could immigrate. I can say that I was really impressed and touched by her personal and human touch and care for our case. Ashoori Lawyer submitted on our behalf our I-140 and we got it approved within a month with no further question asked. That was really amazing. Ashoori Lawyer at every steps of the process from the DS-280 to the consulat interview and medical exam and till our entry to the US border was following up and advising. We really felt supported and well advised by Ashoori Law, To note that we had initially consulted with an immigration firm in Boston, which never proposed us a clear path based on our profile, where Ashoori Law immediately suggested the right path- So it is important to educate oneself and choose wisely your immigration lawyer.
