I never review anyone or anything - ever. The only reason that I'm on here now is because Mr. Payab deserves the praise. Last year, I ran into some unfortunate fraudulent, online businesses, which attempted to take $1,500 of my money on a technicality. Mr. Payab gave me direct and reasonably priced counseling that resulted in these businesses mailing me my money back. As a lawyer, he knew exactly what I needed to put the ball back into my court. This advice resulted in me getting the money back that I never thought I would see again. As a communicator, he easily takes complicated subject matter and gives you the key points in layman's terms. After this case, a friend of mine received a DUI, and I thought I'd pay-it-forward by giving Mr. Payab the recommendation. David Payab was great! He is very punctual and thorough. I am having problems with my landlord and he was very punctual in returning my message and setting up a phone consultation. I hired Mr. David Payab regarding an employment matter where I was wrongfully terminated. Although, my former employer went out of business, Mr. Payab was able to hold the parent company liable for my damages. Mr. Payab was also able to overcome the fact that the employee whom harassed me was nowhere to be found and I had no witnesses to corroborate the facts of my case. Despite all the difficulties in my case, Mr. Payab was able to secure a very large settlement against the parent company. I am very happy with the results in my case. Mr. Payab is extremely knowledgeable regarding employment litigation, and I definitely recommend him regarding any employment or wrongful termination matters.
