We wanted to take our business to the next level by incorporating. As it turns out this is not an easy task, because it involved many legal and tax requirements at the federal and state levels that we were frankly unaware of. We were lucky to have Shant's help. NOT RECCOMENDED. You can tell Shant is good at what he does, but BE AWARE he is VERY EXPENSIVE. If this your first divorce, the way it works is you'll get billed per hour of work, so if you get a lawyer like Shant that bills you 3 hours to read an email, and 5 hours to add a sentence to a contract, guess what ? You'll pay for it. Ironically there is no law to regulate how and what lawyers can charge., In other lines of work, charging beyond what is morally reasonable would be considered "fraud". Not here. You're smart enough to read the reviews, now be smart enough not to fall for it. My advice, find a financially responsible law firm to represent you.
