Super easy to work with. It's helpful to know before working with Sam what your goals are (I wasn't clear until after I onboarded and talked to his CPA referral). I had a lot of anxiety around which type of legal entity and tax structure I should do since I am just starting out and revenue didn't really warrant going S Corp route yet. I got cold feet even after purchasing, but Sam gave me a referral to a free consult for a CPA - who gave me more clarity on my situation and gave me the rationale and reassurance that S Corp is the way to go (for virtual healthcare practice), even if not enough revenue to make the tax saving side of S Corp election make sense. It's really nice Sam provides resources like that. After that box was checked, it was an ease to work with Sam for incorporating. They do the work quickly, and are always available to answer any additional questions. Apparently there's also a service to help you stay compliant with incorporation paperwork (takes a huge mental load off of me, I tried to look into it myself, but Sam's total compliance package makes it a no-brainer). I'll be working with them again!
