I had tried three times to apply my ITIN before I tried EIN Express. It cost me a year long wait and approx.. $2500 including the fine amount charged by IRS for not filling my last year returns on time. I had tried unsuccessfully for 2 years to secure an ITIN. Hundreds of wasted hours on the phone to the IRS, 4 failed remote submissions and two failed trips to the IRS on Broadway. Every time my application was declined by the IRS with no reason or indication of how to amend my application for it to be successful I came across Sina and the EIN Express ITIN service and within a matter of weeks my ITIN had arrived Sina was a pleasure to deal with; the skype application meeting was smooth and well organised.
