I have been searching over a year for an attorney who can leverage the law with business acumen to renegotiate a commercial lease with a large mean corporate landlord. All other attorneys just wanted to engage in a legal battle solely based on some type of lease/contract dispute, and completely ignoring any business negotiation aspects, COVID eviction moratoriums, and other COVID laws and realities. For my situation, fighting a major corporation based strictly on a lease/contract dispute would most likely be incredibly expensive, and also ineffective in my opinion.
