I highly recommend calling Mr. Deffet if you find yourself involved in a negative situation with a creditor and/or debt collections agency. Mr. Deffet provides one on one support and makes you feel comfortable and informed with every step of your case. His knowledge, confidence and persistance led to our case being dismissed (with prejudice) against one of the largest junk debt buyers in the country. If a collections agency summons you to court, call him ASAP.

I contacted Mr. Clark about a debt I owed .. I just didn’t have the finances to pay the debt in full,although I wanted to. He was more than eager to help me and worked tirelessly for over a year to negotiate a settlement that I was able to pay. I admit I wasn’t the best client.. I had several tickets piled on me by the KCMO cops that stopped me for looking like I was in the wrong place. Clint took them to court and got the tickets tossed out cause the cops did not have a good reason to stop me. Regular guy easy to talk and be honest with.

After a failed first attempt with another attorney, I was referred to Mr Cushing who knew the ropes on exactly how to process all the right paperwork -- the first time -- for the suit to prove causation and he already had professional relationships with expert contacts and lined them up quickly to minimize the wait time. He level set expectations with me about how long the process would take and turns out he was accurate within a few weeks. He was compassionate and gave me and my family peace of mind as he listened and talked with us about coping. If I ever need help again, I would definitely go back to him and I have recommended him to others.

I live in the charles county area. I was recently almost potentially convicted with a charge that would effect my job. Andy talked me through everything; all of the possibilities and all of the paths that my case could go. He is not one to sugarcoat but the reality of whatever complicated situation you may be in is explained thoroughly and intellectually. I had serious doubts about my case but Andy was ready for battle. I felt like no matter what situation I was in, he would be willing to persevere with determination and confidence. FIGHT: exert oneself continuously, vigorously, or obtrusively to gain an end or engage in a crusade for a certain cause or person. Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case. If you're in the middle of a family dispute, don't go anywhere else. Hire Jarred Welborn! I now consider him part of my family.

Kyle represented my family in a fatal car accident with a pedestrian that resulted in the passing of one of our family members. We were in mourning, and in complete disarray, but Kyle was there to help with everything and more. He went above and beyond by making sure that our family was alright, and that we recieved what was just. At the end of the whole ordeal we were able to aquire a traffic light by the State, that could insure the safety for future pedestrians. We are grateful for Kyle and all of his hard work.

I hired Chris to represent me for a claim against my own insurance company. Even though I had uninsured motorist insurance and the driver who t-boned me had only $15,000 and I needed a surgery, my insurance company nickled and dimed me and refused to pay me anything. Well, that led me to hire Chris, and he stepped in and that was the end of that. He made the insurance company admit they were wrong for not paying me and got me hundreds of thousands of dollars. I'll never forget Chris and what he did for me, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Broussard provided detailed information and guidance during a year long Child Custody dispute. He was very insightful regarding the existing pitfalls for fathers in the current US Legal System. He was also very capable in responding to and combating those pitfalls. In addition to the existing male custody bias. Mr. Broussards knowledge, experience and dedication to my case resulted in my being awarded sole custody. His Office Staff and Partner were also very helpful and considerate during the process. I never thought that I would ever have to hire an attorney, but accidents do happen. I was referred to the firm Broussard and David, specifically Blake David by a friend of mine. The injuries that I sustained in this freak accident were serious making my recovery very difficult and life long. Because of the nature of my accident, it was difficult and complicated case. Joel is very knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, and articulate. He guided me through a challenging period in my life. I had 2 DUI's and I contacted Joel. Jean Marie handled my personal injury/medical malpractice case. Approximately 5 1/2 years ago I had a routine surgery which left me with a permanent injury and terrible pain. was in a motor vehicle accident in November of 2011. I was given Ben’s name and contact information from a friend and I must say, it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I was going through a career change and this accident caused me to have to put that on hold. I was extremely disappointed and the thought of a long, drawn out “fight” with an insurance company was not what i was looking forward to. Ben eased my fears from the first meeting. Updating me even if there was nothing new to really update me on! Mr. Papa was very patient and went well above and beyond the call of duty. He took the time to explain to me sometimes more then three times just to ensure I understood what to expect and what could occur as I am not at all savvy with legal jargon. He was always readily available via phone. If I got his voicemail, he would call me late at night or while on vacation even. He cares. This meant quite a lot to me. Throughout the process, I was amazed that every time I called for any reason, the lawyer himself found time to jump on the phone and answer my questions directly. Yes, there's a large support staff, but they handle things behind the scenes, while I had direct access to the attorney! Everything considered, I feel I was treated like family or a VIP.... and they made the motel chain cough up $38,000! Very satisfied!

I consulted with the attorneys at Mintz & Geftic after I was injured in a serious accident on the Garden State Parkway. I suffered numerous injuries and a Mild Traumatic Brain Injury, and the lawyers at Mintz & Geftic made sure I understood everything going on. The case was scheduled for trial on numerous occasions and each time the attorneys spent days and long weekends preparing for trial. They were going to make sure I received a large recovery for the injuries I suffered. The case ultimately settled just before we began the trial. I was referred to Jeff by a family member who is familiar with him and has been for at least two decades. The issue at hand is still in process, and as such I will leave out details except to say that Jeff made himself available immediately and completely, listens very well, asks questions that help round out and complete the scenario in question from all sides, lays out what the likely course of events will be while still being upfront about the fact that there are no guarantees, as well as what is expected if the result is or is not what you hoped for. To date, his communication has been prompt, professional, and very clear as to what he needs from me and what the next step is likely to be. Hired for family law. Bernie has stuck by me and my family for around 9 to 10 years so far after child custody was given to myself. When I hired Bernie I was very impressed with his education and community life. Bernie has gone above and beyound what law school could ever teach him.
