After moving from Michigan to Wisconsin in late 2019, one of my top priorities was to revisit my Estate Planning Documents that were completed in Michigan with my family attorney there. My goal was to ensure that my documents complied with Wisconsin law.
This project was a special priority for me since my wife had passed away in March of 2019, and my intent was to locate a competent attorney who specialized in Estate Planning. So I started making telephone calls to numerous attorneys in this area listed in the Yellow Pages. I had many questions for them. Finally, I found the Frozena Law Firm. After asking the receptionist several questions, I made an appointment.
After my first appointment and having a very informative and productive meeting with Angela Frozena, who was very congenial and very knowledgeable. She briefed me regarding what additional information I must provide her, so we setup a future appointment for after I returned from vacation in Europe in three weeks.
Upon returning from Europe, I returned to Frozena Law Firm for my second appointment. At this appointment, Angela had already received the documents from my former attorney in Michigan, and had the draft of my new estate plan prepared, and sent the documents via encrypted email to my home in Racine. After reviewing the draft documents, I returned them to the firm for finalization.
At my final appointment, everything was organized and Angela had already made arrangements for the witnesses to be present. Everything went so smoothly, and I was impressed with Angela's knowledge, efficiency, sincerity and her positive attitude. Her professionalism is second to none. And along the way, Angela and I communicated via telephone and email.

I was involved in a car accident on Friday the 13th. I was the typical case of a person who ignored the pain and wanted to move on. I made the mistake (now a blessing) of telling my brother what happened. He immediately demanded that I call his Attorney, Christine McCoy. He wouldn't let me say no. So I reluctantly called Christine and two days later met at a Starbucks. She was very understanding of my wish to not be a burden on the other party, and that I only wanted to do what was best for me. Christine was extremely knowledgeable of all the circumstances involved, and assured me that everything will be taken care of. She had told me that she would get my case settled within 6 to 8 months and that life would return to normal. To make a long story short, my case was solved in 8 months, and life is back to where it was before I was involved in an accident. Christine provided me with the utmost professional and sincere help anyone could ask for. She let me know that taking care of her clients is her only goal and purpose, and it was evident in the way she handled my case. As of now, Christine has helped my brother, myself, and now my Mom. It was our great fortune that Mark Weinstein came into our life. Looking back on our situation, and having had the time to consider circumstances and events that presented a dire need for his unequivical competence at what he does it had to have been fate as well. When you need someone who is thoughtful, considerate of your situation and ready to give you all there is to really resolve what you need stop right here. Mr. Weinstein led us through the legal consequences of the unnecessary loss of our 23- year -old daughter from medical malpractice. 5 different doctors , many nurses and the hospital were responsible for letting her die. After 3 years of unbelieveable preparation and presentations by Mr. Weinstein, we were victorious on all counts.
We had the choice of being invoved in the process as our emotions would allow. He was respectful of our feelings and we could not have endured the process with out the human touch we recieved during the darkess time of our lives.
You often hear about the monies that attorneys make in these cases. He deserverd and earned every dime he was paid. God Bless Mark and his family!

My son was charged with a very serious felony for which he was subject to a minimum MANDATORY sentence of 10 years in Florida's prison system. We hired Mr. Ali. He did not promise miracles and was entirely honest with us. Mr. Ali managed to get our son out of jail on bond and into a drug rehab center. He helped us jump all the hurdles. Our son was able to remain free on bond for 26 months while he received the addiction help he needed. When the day came to finally plead the matter, Mr. Ali convinced the prosecutor and the judge to credit our son with the time he was out towards his sentence, resulting in our son only having to do 10 months in prison. This was incredible! Mr. Ali fought our son's case every step of the way. He was always available to us and he was relatively inexpensive. We went to one of the Big Guys in town. He wanted 10x Mr.Ali's fee and told us we would be lucky if our son did not do at least 6 years in prison. That guy needs to go to the Tom Ali School of Law! Great Job Tom! Thanks

amazing attorney! My son was injured during delivery and I was given the news that he would never walk he's had to overcome a lot of obstacles. Roger got Justice For My Baby! My son was given an injection , by a nurse , without doctors orders. Within 2 minutes my son went in to cardiac arrest. He never regained consciousness and passed away 36 days later. Leslie Nixon was linked to my case as I happened to be working in New Hampshire when I was ejected from a vehicle while the driver fell asleep.
