I had a situation and wont get into details, but had some false criminal allegations that led to a case in the federal court. Basically I had some friends that werent friends and put me and my family in jeopardy. I was facing prison. Mr. Duffrin said "Dont worry, we got this." I felt comforted. After nearly a year of having no luck with insurance company. We hired Jason to deal with our minor child's, not at fault car accident in which he had another minor passenger. He took both kids cases in dealing with the at faults, non responsive insurance company.
Everything was handled in a timely, professional, confidential manner. He explained to the kids what his objective was, handled their questioning with ease & respect & explained the process. When it came time for court.... he eased their nerves w/again explaining the process.. they knew what to expect so it made their "day in court" easier.
The sitting judge also paid a compliment to Jason at the end of the hearing which helped assure us, we had made the right decision in counsel.

Adam has helped me in a number of situations. In some cases it was just procedural, such as helping to properly setup a trust account, but in another case I had a long time (multi-year) issue with a collections company that was wrongly claiming that I had a debt and was unwilling to work to resolve it. After Adam got involved, he was able to quickly show the collection company the "error of their ways" and they dropped their efforts and removed all references on my credit reports. You can be sure that Adam will provide you with solid advice but he won't sugar coat anything either. I highly recommend him.

I received a neck injury in a car accident due to the negligence of another driver. The insurance company wasn't working with me, so I contacted Brian. He stayed in communication, he followed through with keeping the case on track and he kept pressure on the insurance company. - He is thorough, on the ball, hardworking, communicative (rare with many attorneys), means what he says and more importantly does what he says.
- He is experienced, personable and began work on my case right out of the gate. He had accomplished more in 4 weeks than several other firms who wasted my time by sitting on my case with almost losing my window of opportunity.

He gets paid by a percentage of the recovery. So, he if he takes your case you can expect to win. In my case, the rotten insurance company initially rejected our claims but Mr. Adams was able to secure a huge settlement after litigating for 6 months.
On a friends claim he ended up having to go to trial and won a big verdict.

I was referred to Wesley Wakeford in the fall of 2007 by a retiring personal injury attorney that did not have adequate time to devote to my case. I had recently been hit by a car and in addition to suffering from nerve damage, trauma and not being able to work, the insurance companies were unwilling to compensate me for my medical bills and associated expenses due to a discrepancy in the police report. Despite my lack of financial resources Wesley was wiling to work with me and saw to it that I was able to receive consistent medical care by arranging a lien for services with my various healthcare providers. I found it pleasurable working with Wesley Wakeford as he was the first really good lawyer that I've ever met. Most of the legal professionals seemed, politically biased, semi-professional, and arrogant. I would think that such an important service would attract the most highly rated, professional people. Unfortunately that is not always the case.
My experience with Mr. Wakeford gave me a new view of the world of law. While I'm sure he did not make a great deal of money with my case; not once did I get the impression that I was not as important as the next client. Mr. Wakeford worked very hard to assist me in getting through the process as easily as possible. My automobile accident left me injured, angry, and confused but with the help of The Wakeford Firm things got sorted out in a clear and equitable manner. I also find it very interesting that Wes was there to guide me through Doctor Visits, car rentals, insurance matters and settlement negotiations. I had virtually no experience in these matters, but it was obvious to me that I had one the most caring and skillful lawyers around to help me.

I had a complex and unusual case - two car accidents within 4 months (neither were my fault). I don't take any medications and advocate for my own healthcare - so hadn't seen an MD until just before the 2nd accident happened.

My husband had a car accident with minor injury. Insurance can be tricky, especially with a totalled car, so we checked into a lawyer.
Found out fast that not many lawyer firms want a small case, we felt concerned and at the mercy of insurance.
The insurance companies call pretty fast and you don't know if you are doing the right thing with hospital bills / totalled car/sign this and sign that form.
All of this and you are looking for a new car, and your car was paid for and now you worry if you can afford a newer car....worry worry worry.
We finally found Paul Wilkinson's law firm and met with him. He took us on and treated us like we mattered. They handled everything...even on small cases the paper work is daunting and so are your nerves. Even a small incident turns your life up side down for a bit.
It took about 13 months ( do not hold your breath waiting for quick settlement , nothing moves fast with multiple entities). We were kept updated on what was happening.
When all was done and papers signed: THEY took all of the stress out of it, THEY handled hospital bills, THEY finished it. We felt like we did the right thing by letting a pro handle it all.
