I met Tony almost 8 years ago when I hired him to do some legal work for me. Through the years I've found him to be a great lawyer, and a good man. That last part is important to me. He is well connected to his family, and to his community. He is not a billboard and late night infomercial huckster, that is for sure. In my industry I've met hundreds of attorneys of all types. Tony was the one I chose to represent me with my own case. Being in the personal injury/insurance industry I had my choice of people to use. I selected Tony not only because of the respect I had for him, but the respect the legal community, the judiciary, and most importantly the insurance industry has for him. He is a straight shooter and will call it as he sees it, even if he disagrees with you. He is not a game player, but is firm his in posture and position on cases. Working with someone in the industry is sometimes more difficult, and he did his best to talk me off the ledge a few times. My case was eventually brought to a great resolution, in no short order because of my attorney. I've not been a "client" of Tony's in two capacities, and I have nothing but good things to say. I've also referred my friends and family to him for criminal cases, real estate transactions, and most recently an case involving a young child. Pass right by the phone book, billboard, and television hucksters and know that your case will be handled in the best way possible, NOT just for a quick buck.

I contacted Mr. Adler in March 2021 about a car accident I was in the year before. I was frustrated from trying to set myself with my insurance company who deduced my injuries to my age (I am 42). Immediately he asked if he could contact me which stood out from nearly every other lawyer i contacted that week who was calling me like a bill collector.
As soon as I spoke to Mr. Adler he was kind and honest. I met with him a couple of days later, where we started the process and literally by June he got me my policy amount of $100,000! Thank you Mr. Adler.

Jim Adler is very professional, polite, and quick to respond. After my car accident I had no idea where to start. Jim answered all of my questions thoroughly, handled my case with care and made it feel as if my case was his top priority. It made the process a little easier knowing he was representing me. He was real with us from the start. Other lawyers told us they didn't know how to handle our case. Or that I didn't have enough evidence to go forward. But he knew there was a shot at it and when we dug further we knew that the risk was worth the shot and we could win big time. This lawyer knows his stuff. And he's humane meaning if he helps you, it's because he knows he can. If he can't he will let you know from the start and not just take your money. Every case is different. My case was a little complicated at the beginning and no lawyer wanted to help me except him. Even the 777-7777 lawyers turned me down. Famous ones on tv. But this lawyer tried to dig in and see if there was a chance instead of asking a couple questions and immediately declining. Everything you could want and more in an accident personal injury lawyer, he has.

David is a tremendously gifted litigator , that says it in a nut shell. He was extremely communicative through the whole process, which was six years. I was in a car accident. I was hit from behind and my car was totaled. I was hospitalized and endured excruciating pain for months. I was unable to work to support my family. The police department failed to do their jobs which allowed the driver to protest being at fault. The police report actually named me as being at fault. I'm rear-ended and it's my fault?, that was insane. So, because of the way the accident report was written. Absolutely, no one would take my case and I literally called about 30 to 50 attorneys. I had the list from the bar, as soon as they heard about the report, it was " I'm sorry we can't help you, good luck." So needless to say by the time I got around to speaking with Mr. Wheale I was extremely distraught from the lawyer rejections, the pain, no car, and the mounting bills. I told Mr. Wheale that I literally was about to have a nervous breakdown! He responded so calmly and confidently that he would take my case! I was in disbelief. He literally had to conduct his own investigation and prove my innocence which was no easy task considering the unfavorable accident report. I was involved in an automobile accident that was not only traumatic, but very complicated. Even though I was completely stopped at a traffic sign, and the other driver left their lane and struck my car, effectively taking off the entire front end of the car, I was listed as being at fault. Did I mention that the car was 18 hours old? Yes, a brand new van with less than 30 miles on it. At any rate, my friend recommended that I call Mr. Vaughan, which I did from the crash site. Not only did he take my call immediately and personally, but he compassionately walked me through every step of the horrific process from the emergency room to final disposition. No question or concern was too trivial for Mr. Vaughan. He aggressively protected me from the other insurance company, and surprisingly my own insurance company! He was on the line with every phone call and fielded every question. He did not permit anyone to further victimize me. Mr. Vaughan was what an attorney is supposed to be, but regrettably rarely are. In the end all of my medical bills were taken care of, the other driver was taken care of, and I got a brand new van. Were it not for Mr. Vaughan's compassion, knowledge and unrelenting advocacy on my behalf the accident could have been catastrophic. I do not like attorneys, and I certainly have no trust in attorneys; however, Mr. Vaughan is, as I've already said, what and attorney is supposed to be. Should I or anyone I know ever need legal representation, Mr. Vaughan will be the first person called.

My attorney, Garry Wilcox Jr., worked with me throughout the entire process, making sure everything was taken care of every step of the way. My initial incident was a frustrating one physically and emotionally. I had just graduated from college and purchased my first car, and a situation beyond my control caused another driver to rear end me while I was stopped at a red light. Just a few months into purchasing the car, I was devastated with the damages inflicted on my car, as well as on my person. I was so nervous about my injuries, as my job was physically demanding, but Garry ensured me that he would work his hardest to make sure that not a penny of lost wages would truly be lost. I felt a strong sense of comfort upon meeting with Garry and initially going through the first stages of my case. I truly felt like I had someone by my side and that would make sure that I received the aid and support that I needed during my otherwise nervous and panicked state. I was involved in a car accident after college. Thinking I could handle it myself, I learned the hard way why you need an attorney to represent you. Recently I was involved in a second accident, and I hired Chris to represent me. His office handled everything. He made sure my rights were protected while I was healing and kept a bad situation from getting worse. I learned from my first accident that you can mess up a case very quickly by saying or doing something wrong. It was not worth the risk to repeat that, so I am very glad I hired Chris. The comfort of knowing he would do all the communication with the other persons insurance was a huge weight off my mind and allowed me to focus on getting better fast. In 2016, I was involved in a very serious car accident. Dealing with the aftermath involved many medical professionals, medical facilities, auto insurance, medical insurance and replacement of my car all while I was trying to deal with the injuries and the pain. I did not call a lawyer at first because I felt like I was being treated fairly by all the individuals involved. Eventually, I was overwhelmed and found the situation to be way over my head. Not sure what to do I started searching for a lawyer to help me. Having limited dealings with lawyers I wasn't sure what to look for so to the internet I went. After searching through pages of lawyers I was still lost. So I cleared the search, again typed in lawyers near Dalton and asked God to put the lawyer I needed at the top of the list and pressed enter … William J. Kimsey of Dalton, Georgia.
I called his office hoping to get an appointment for a consultation. I explained my situation to the very kind sounding person on the other end of the phone. She explain that she would check and call me back. She did and an appointment was made.
During my meeting with Mr. Kimsey he immediately put me at ease with his calm and relaxed demeanor. He listened carefully to everything I had to say while he looked over my paperwork. He took the time to explain the situation and to answer my questions. He gave me what he thought would be the probable outcome. The more we talked the more I knew I was in the right place. I had found the lawyer I needed and the worry and anxiety of my situation was gone. Over the next several months He and his assistant Amy worked on my behalf to achieve the best possible outcome. I was kept informed as to the progress of my case. Everyone I dealt with in Mr. Kimsey's office was always very pleasant and very helpful. I am very happy with the result of their efforts. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner. If I have a need for a lawyer in the future Mr Kimsey will be my first call.

We recently moved here from Wisconsin.
I was waiting on an appeal from Wisconsin along with my Wisconsin attorney.
The decision came in stating my case go back to the Administrative Judge here in Georgia.
My Wisconsin lawyer decided he did not wish to proceed here with my case and dismissed himself after almost 4 years. I was shocked. What to do now?
I started making phone calls for SSD Attorneys here explaining my case.
Not knowing many people let alone any attorney's here, it was a hard find.
I contacted attorney's via a Google search.
I met with a few, but was either told they did not feel my case was winnable or I just flat out did not like them.
Then I met Leonard.
I spent about 2 hours in his office in our 1st meeting.
He was very likable and knowledgeable.
My new hearing was coming up soon and I needed a lawyer, but I was not going to settle for anyone.
My future was hanging in the balance.
Leonard made me feel welcome and explained to me that this was not going to be easy and we had our work cut out for both of us.
His honesty and truthfulness helped with my decision.
I felt comfortable and hired Leonard.
Many meetings later and tons of paperwork coming in from Wisconsin, our hearing date was set.
It may have been a bit overwhelming for Leonard, but he never complained.
Always reminding me, this is going to be difficult Joe. I liked that about him.
He always gave me a feeling that he knew more then he was letting onto.
Me, I was helping with getting things ordered from Wisconsin and we both settled in for a long hearing.
I was hopeful having all our paper work in order as well as all the doctors notes.
With Leonard beside me, I knew we had a good case. A winnable case!
Long story short, We Won That Hearing!
We won that hearing on Jan 15,2015.
Leonard never gave up, nor did I.

Although I have not hired him I know him personally. He is a man of integrity. He does not have to advertise because he has a wonderful reputation. He does the right thing and would never mislead you at all. He is not greedy just a man whom does what he says he will do for you and is trustworhty and truly does uphold the law does not try to pull any thing over with anyone, he is definitley a man whom I would recomment to anyone for legal advice. He may be a little expensive but he is worth it. He has the expereince and deserves what he gets as far as his fees are concerned. When I picked the company that Sean works for, I didn't know which Attorney I was going to get. When he called me and talk to me he gave me the confidence that I chose the right place and Sean.
