I hired Tim when my disability carrier was stalling in paying my disability claim. I am an attorney, and had years of experience hiring and supervising other attorneys. I reached out to other attorneys I knew in Denver for a recommendation for this type of case, and heard back from two whose opinion I most respect that Tim was the right choice. They were absolutely right.
It wasn't just that Tim won (which he did), or even that he won when I probably would not have (which is also true), it was that the briefing was exceptional. I know a good attorney when I see one, and Tim is one of the best that I've ever worked with.

This was my first ever car accident. I’d never gone through this experience before and boy, was I put through the ringer. I was hit by a semi truck changing lanes and pushed into another semi truck to my right. I was scared, confused and this was my very first car (which I loved, so I was very sad about it haha). The moment I spoke to the team and to Chris, I felt comforted. I felt supported and encouraged.
The other guy’s insurance company that we were trying to settle with fired and rehired at least 5 different case workers for my case alone. Now the company is going under. Chris. Was. Awesome. They put red tape, hoops and so many other things in front of him and he just led me through it every step of the way.
During this time (March 2019- December 2019) my car was classified as abandoned, had the wheel stollen off of it, the battery stolen off of it, and some of the items inside were also stolen while it sat on the lot. Someone from the tow yard decided to steal the title on the car. I moved states. I got married. I was taking classes. AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS.
So everything that could have happened during this time DID. And Chris was ALWAYS on top of it. He was so communicative and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I could ALWAYS get a hold of Chris at least within the same day and that’s something I really appreciate.
I’m very grateful and blessed by Chris and the team because of the way they “held my hand” from start to finish, even through the absolute WORST parts of it. Thank you Chris!!

My husband and I were involved in a three car pileup back in September 2017. As strange as it sounds, that was the best thing that could have happened to us. Have you ever been hurt? The kind of hurt where you can't walk or care for your family properly?... Well I have. And let me tell you it is scary. And it's even more scary when the reason you were hurt is because someone was negligent. What do you do? Knowing life would never be the same... lingering pain, physical limitations... and what's worse is that it could happen to someone else at any moment. That's how I felt. I walked in to Mr. Musmanno's office not knowing what to expect. I had never met with an attorney for anything and I was scared. By the end of that first meeting I knew everything would be ok. In 2009 I was in a serious car accident where an uninsured drunk driver doing 85mph hit the car I was driving from behind as I was at a stand still on the 5 fwy. It was a nasty wreak. After getting out of the hospital I was lucky enough to have someone refer Mr. Dawson to me. He met with me immediately and treated me like my case was his number 1 priority. He was very straight with me about what to expect with the process. The insurance on the car I was driving was less than great, only had minimal coverage and like I stated the other driver was uninsured so it was going to be a fight. After all the medical treatment I received over the months to come it totalled out to around $38,000 and the policy only covered $30,000. That doesn't even count for the cost of the car and what Jeff Dawson's legal fee's would be. Jeff and his entire staff stayed in contact with me throughout the claim. It I had a question it either got answered right away or at most within 24 hours. They were all on top of their A game! When the case got settled I was worried about getting everything payed because it was way over the policy limits but Jeff said he would work with the doctors and insurance to get it handled. In the end, all my medical and the car got paid. I even got a call to swing by his office to pick up a check. I still have no clue how he did it but he had a check for $11,000 for me. He had explained in the beginning that if I would have set up my insurance differently, he would have been able to get me a lot more. Jeff is one of the brightess persons that I have met. He genuinely cares about your case and how your handling the situation you've been thrust into. He surrounds himself with the smartest people, great doctor referrals and made a horrible situation a lot less stressful. I have absolutely the utmost admiration for Jeff and the staff he employs. I will keep this as brief as possible. My injuries were so devastating and life changing that I wanted nothing more than to forget about them. This "forgetting" included attempting to ignore any and all aspects of my case. To be honest, I would have quit my case just to be left alone and to be able to move on with my life. It didn't help that, in typical fashion, the defense had done everything in their power for years to blame the accident on me. After years of this and refusing to settle, the case finally went to trial in early 2013. If I remember correctly, it took a couple days of jury selection and on a Thursday or Friday Sean made his opening arguments and began examining expert witnesses. Long story short, when the weekend was over and we came back to court on Monday, the defense was ready to settle! It took a couple days of Sean putting witnesses on the stand for the defense to come to their senses. My life has changed dramatically since then...and for the better this time. To reiterate, I wanted nothing to do with this case for years and IT WAS MY CASE! Sean worked tirelessly for me and my life and I was THE most difficult client to work for. He never quit even when I wanted to. To this day I don not believe I would have won my case with anyone else fighting for me. These days I consider Sean one of my very good friends and I am endlessly thankful for his support.
