My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.
In divorce, no one wins or loses. My JOD was fair and equitable at the end of the day which is what should have happened. Veronica accomplished that for me with honesty and sincerity from day one.

I could not be any happier or any more satisfied with my visit/consultation with John Martoccio. John had an answer for all of my inquiries. And the 1 or 2 items that he was unsure of, he made sure to follow up with me after doing research on my questions the following day.
This office is located in the heart of downtown Hinsdale and has a very inviting feel and atmosphere. John's paralegal, Racine, greeted me as I walked in and John was out of his office to shake my hand within a minute. I never felt rushed, nor did John make me feel like he was pressed for time or that he had more important matters to tend to, although I know how busy he is.
John made sure to provide me with all forms on contact information for himself and his office in case I had any further questions or inquires. John always makes himself available and truly devotes all his attention to you when you are in need of council.

I have found myself twice in post-divorce issues regarding child support. At least for me they were both very difficult, frustrating and stressful times as I believed both parties were capable of resolving all matters amicably outside of a courtroom. I live out of the state of Illinois and needed a firm that could represent my best interest. I am grateful I selected Martoccio and Martoccio, and for all that have done on my behalf.
I have worked with John Martoccio, Ross P. Schreiter, Beverly Ecton Strasser, and Racine Lambert-Cwerenz over the past several years. Each has provided me with the highest integrity, ethics and professionalism in their effort to help me navigate my personal legal needs.
During my most recent circumstance, however, I received word late on a Wednesday afternoon, before a scheduled Monday morning court appearance, that the Respondent wanted to resolve matters without making a court appearance. This eleventh-hour request sounded great, but put a huge amount of responsibility on the shoulders of Beverly Ecton Strasser.
Beverly did not hesitate to take command of the situation to reach a positive resolution by the Friday afternoon deadline we not had. This required she do further research, crunch numbers, prepare documents, get my approval, share such documents with opposing council, receive back the documents with proposed changes, update documents and submit them again to me and to opposing council. Rob very successfully represented our family (our son) in a medical malpractice case involving a birth injury where our son suffered brachial plexus at birth. From the very first conversation I had with Rob he was upfront and honest about how difficult cases like ours can be but he was also very reassuring and confident that he could and would get us the justice we deserved. Through the entire process Rob and his firm were truly superior in their handling of our case. When the mortgage on my rental property was transferred to Nationstar and they failed to consistently send me a printed monthly statement; despite numerous request. I contacted attorney Coleman when I attempted to pay off the loan and discovered that Nationstar had re-applied all fees and charges applied to my account, which had been previously remove; when I explained my need for a printed statement, for accounting purposes; that I would not pay the bill online due their absorbent fees and that I would not be held responsible for fees associated with their failure to send me a printed statement as I had not opted into their digital services agreement.
Attorney Coleman, took over full communication with Nationstar and expeditiously, had all fees removed from my account and all marks against my credit removed based on Nationstar’s faulty business practices. I was very pleased with attorney Coleman’s results. I will definitely, consult his legal service in the future, if the need arises
