Good day. Approx. 3 years ago me and my service dog were attacked by 2 pitbulls that were loose. My dog was almost killed and I sustained serious injuries that kept me incapacitated for months.
The dog's owner had no home owner's insurance and he would not cooperate. D'Oliveira and associates refused to take the case because there was no insurance. Attorney Morse took my case out of kindness and he did a fantastic job. He didn't have to take my case and I am eternally grateful for his help and insight. For the most part, unfortunately when you need an attorney it's because you need help with a difficult situation. That's what I received from Francisco Cieza, help. I found myself in a scary situation where I was taken advantage of and I didn't know what to do. I had never been in trouble or been in a situation where I needed a lawyer, but here I was! Francisco quickly defused my anxiety by giving me the facts of my case. This was going to be a process. I had questions, he had answers. I was nervous, he calmed me down. I never waited too long for a response whether it was a reply to an email or a phone call that he missed due to helping another client. He always followed up in a timely manner and was professional while being sympathetic to my situation. Needless to say I was very happy with the outcome of my case. My family homesteaded in Montana. We have been here for 7 generations. After retiring from Boeing, I returned to Montana where a group of who I can only call greenie anarchists threatened my life, vandalized my property and sued me multiple times. I hired a number of attorneys to represent me, including some big name types from Montana. Most of them only got my name right on my bill. We (barely) prevailed in the lawsuits filed against us, mostly because of my wife's attention to detail and her amazing memory. I told my wife shortly before we contacted Quentin that we were looking into the abyss. The greenies had forged documents allowing access to our property and after I confronted them with a shotgun had me arrested and charged with 6 felonies (240 years in prison). I have never been in trouble with the law. I held security clearances at the federal level and I was looking at prison for the rest of my life. We then hired Quentin as our previous attorney who told me I was a criminal had quit when I asked that Quentin come on-board. The charges "went away" as what I had done was LEGAL and Quentin pointed that out. The greenies then sued me and my wife. Quentin visited us, spent the night and by morning knew more about my case than I did. He had all the facts and had a response for all of the false accusations. We counter-sued and won over $250,000 in damages (what we asked for) as well as permanent restraining orders against those who sued us. I could not ask for a better attorney AND he is honest. I consider him a rarity in the legal profession, a good, honest, highly competent lawyer. If you are looking for one, look no further, this is the real thing!

I hired Quentin to pursue a claim a negligence claim against a home inspector. Quentin was dogged in pursuit of the inspector, who had left the state, and his insurance company. Through his efforts, I was able to make a full recovery. Quentin only charged me an hourly fee, which ended up costing me much less than a 1/3 or forty percent contingency fee of most other lawyers. I highly recommend Quentin.

I was hit from behind on my way to work on January 22, 2014. My 2 year old car was totalled. I incurred neck pain and a pre-existing back condition was aggravated by the impact which eventually resulted in my having back surgery. The auto insurance companies, as they are prone to do, were being difficult and I felt I was being rail-roaded due to my lack of knowledge in this type situation as to responsible parties to injuries and damage incurred. Also, my medical insurance provider was being difficult since a 3rd party was involved. Dwight Feemster was recommended to me by someone I totally trust and so I gave him a call. At that point Dwight took over; he handled each issue promptly and professionally. I felt at ease knowing he was working this out for me. Mr. James Ballidis represented myself in a Uninsured motorist coverage case. Geico insurance (my insurance company) refused to offer an award under my policy even with no issue of liability or comparative negligence. The case went to arbitration where the parties presented the nature of injuries and medical care necessary, and economic damages. Mr. Ballidis' preparation throughout the case was extremely thorough and his presentation and cross examination was damaging to respondents attorneys. The arbitrator even came to me on a side bar and complemented Mr. Ballidis " You are lucky to have such a good attorney representing you". Without going through the details of the entire case, I will close with "you too would be very lucky to have Mr. James Ballidis represent you." Approximately two years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of being in a rear-end car accident. The young women, who was texting did not even look up and hit me at around 40 mph. I suffered severe whiplash along with soft tissue damage of the back and shoulder.
After the shock wears off, you are confronted with doctor visits, hospital bills, decisions on where to fix your car and of course talking with your insurance company. It can seem overwhelming at the time and especially if you are in a lot of pain. Fortunately, I had known Jim Ballidis through our mutual business networking group and I knew exactly who to call.
Since this was my first accident, Jim explained the entire process of what I needed to do as well as what Allen, Flatt, Ballidis and Leslie would do for me. There are two types of professionals I don't like dealing with: Doctors and Lawyers.
So when I got into my accident, I dreaded what I would have to go through. Bill didn't want to put me through any extra pain. He took care of it. Just all of it. Didn't have to think about anything. I just went to the doctors I needed and went about my life. An occasional phone call, email or letter, that was all he needed from me. He didn't give up even when the battle was tough. And he won it.
I pray I would never need this service again. But should I. There's no one else I would go to.

I fell down my stairs in 2008. They were built incorrectly and not up to code. I sustained a neck injury and had to have surgery on my neck. I retained an attorney that I thought was going to help me but she didn't. I was very frustrated and disappointed so I did some research. I researched and contacted several attorneys in
Denver that handled slip and fall cases but was not satisfied with the initial phone conversations or actual meetings.
In June of 2010, I found Mr. Koupal on the internet and was impressed with his profile and credentials. I contacted Chris and set up an appointment to meet with him. I found Chris to be very knowledgable, professional, confident and a man of intregrity. Chris agreed to take my case and also helped me handle the dismissal of my other attorney in a very positive and professional manner. From that point on, he proceeded to research, investigate and move forward with my case. He kept me well informed almost on a weekly basis for over a year. Chris always emailed me back or contacted me by phone regarding the progress of my case. As a result from the neck surgery, I had accquired many medical bills that totaled thousands of dollars. I felt confident and at ease knowing that he was doing everything he possibly could to resolve and settle my case. Chris knew that I didn't want to have to go to trial and worked very hard to make sure that we would avoid going to trial. He had his work cut out for him as the builder had vanished which made my case more difficult and challenging. He managed to collect enough evidence to allow me to settle out of court and to reach an amount that I thought was acceptable and fair. I was unexpectedly hit by a car from behind by a woman going 40 miles per hour and slid into two other SUV’s on I-5 resulting in a four car accident. My car being the only one to get totaled. I suffered horrendous neck and back problems within days of the accident and underwent three years of constant doctor’s appointments and pain.
What was so upsetting was the fact that the insurance company hadn’t reviewed my file when it came time to offer me a resolution. I had new insurance adjusters assigned to my case constantly and they only cared about offering me the least amount of money possible. They didn’t care about my medical bills, pain or what I had been through.
My car accident lawyer, Brian Ellis was very helpful throughout the process. I’m so thankful I had Brian Ellis and his wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with my car insurance company. My insurance didn't want to pay for the coverage that I had paid to them for years just in case an accident would happen. When in need, everyone should be so fortunate as to have an attorney like James McCollum.
Mr. McCollum helped me to pursue a work-related grievance. Right from the start it was clear that he was sharing a wealth of experience and knowledge. When I sent over my info, he and his team got right to work on checking the viability of my case. Over about a week or two, Mr. McCollum gave me regular updates on their research into relevant case law, statutes, limitations, and the challenges with each. They reviewed well-known and recent laws, as well as older and more obscure. He broke all of this down in terms I could understand, and explained how each option may or may not succeed.
Mr. McCollum was upfront about challenges, possible outcomes, and realistic goals. As such, not everything was what I hoped to learn about my case.
