I have never had a lawyer before of this caliber. I'm a disabled Veteran and had run into so many road blocks. I was referred by another attorney who didn't handle Veterans Disability. Mr Farrell went above and beyond anything I expected. Most know Veterans Disability Benefits can be slow process Mr. Farrell I believe worked diligently on my case. It took some time but I received the compensation he felt was best for me and my situation. I could not be happier with the final results. I was injured two years ago in an accident that in no way was my fault. I was taken to the ER and immediately told I would need surgery. I didn’t have health insurance at the time and was worried about how I was going to pay for all of these unexpected medical expenses. During my hospitalization my husband contacted the Joye Law Firm. One of the best decisions we ever made! From the very start the truck company, driver, and insurance company involved claimed that even though a part of their vehicle had fallen off and hit me, it was not their fault. They denied any wrong doing and did not feel that they should be in any way responsible for me or my medical costs. It was a fight right from the beginning and not something myself, nor my husband, would have been able to handle on our own. We were faced with every hurdle you could possibly imagine: evidence getting thrown away, records and logs not being made available, doctors stating I was fine despite still suffering a broken bone that nobody thought needed to fixed. Seriously, you name it and it was an issue for us. The Joye Law Firm was there with us every single step of the way! They constantly were looking and fighting for what was in my best interest. Without their help my medical bills would have not been covered and I would be in serious financial distress, I would still be in need of a second surgery (in pain everyday as a result), and a host of issues I’d still be facing; in other words, I’d be in a completely different situation then I am in right now. I thought that I could deal directly with the insurance company regarding my accident that caused injuries. My brother who is in insurance told me to hire a good lawyer to represent me. This occured after being frustrated with the other persons insurance adjuster. I couldn't have found a better one in Mark Joye. He was kind, personable and offered great advice. I went to George with a question regarding a medical malpractice issue I was dealing with that ultimately led to blindness in one eye. Other attorneys held on to my file for weeks and months at a time, only to tell me in a form letter that they would not take my case. They say three times a charm. I was involved in a slip and fall in Utah however I live in the state of New York. I was required to be represented by an attorney in Utah. That made things extremely hard . Trusting people you never met and just holding on to their words. I had two previous attorney's who just didn't want to put the work in and kept using the fact that where I lived made things harder. After they both dropped me I called around and came across Gabriel. I knew after the first conversation he meant business. Was this case going to be a challenge bc of living across the country and depending on zoom calls due to the pandemic yes but him and his team proved to me that they were in it for the long hall. Gabriel is a 10 star attorney. I have been searching for help with a troublesome situation I encountered with the University Neuropsychiatric Institute, Mobile Crisis Team. I have worked with many attorneys. Most work well, bill semi-honestly and most are afraid to go to trial. Gabe is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has no hesitation pushing issues through to trial. There is not a glimpse of intimidation where most attorneys will do whatever it takes to avoid the complexities of litigation and trial work. That being said, if it is in a clients best interest, Gabe will settle and avoid trial but he has no fear. He is aggressive and will get you the results you would expect from a high profile law firm without the high profile law firm prices. I would recommend Gabe to anyone for anything, but especially for litigation/PI and Medical Malpractice issues. I have not had to use Gabe for medical malpractice or personal injury issues for myself but I have referred people who did and they were very happy.

Months had gone by without any help so it was time for a change. I came across John Mattiacci Attorney in civil suits.
I explained to John in detail about the person who ran a stop sign, and he always kept eye contact except to write down information. John was the attorney I needed.
I fired the firm who I had who did nothing. John went to work and I mean he went to work.
John took on my case which the defendant knew some police officers and received no tickets. If I met John earlier I would guarantee summonses for many motor vehicle violations for this person. I know some about law as I protected former presidents, just not the knowledge John has.
The real truth came out when John did the interrogatories and deposition. He used the right questions and got the defendant to admit running the stop sign, that I had the right of way with my blinker on, and the name of the upper echelon police officer. He also picked up on auto parts damage missing out of the interrogatories insurance pictures. My car had very little damage and the insurance tried to say there is no and John cut in and got the defendant to admit he hit my axle sending my car into a fishtail and the damage was to my person not the car. That is a trial attorney who puts the fear of God into insurance companies.
Then came the insurance company doctors, and John sent his paralegal with me. I was comfortable with this, and Kristin who came with for my insurance exam “WOW”. I read the doctor he was not pleased. The questions were short, and the exam was not painful as they can be with their tests. Because of John sending Kristin with me on my behalf the doctor was flabbergasted, and it showed.
My wife got very sick; John always asked what could I do for you. I was worn out from my own doctors and the insurance company charade. I actually felt better when I spoke with Mr. Mattiacci. I told John about myself and he said hold on it would not be long now. He did not tell me not long was less than two weeks.
John had offers coming in but said not yet; we had an offer I was comfortable with and said let’s settle. John asked me to let him work his magic or he would settle if that’s what I wanted. He always asked what I wanted never forcing me. Oh his magic worked well.
The amount of money is between John, and I, it was five times what I thought it would be. John is the nicest attorney until his clients are pushed. I have seen this in person in action, need I say more.
When I met John I knew he was the Attorney to represent me. I can only recommend but I would go with Mr. John Mattiacci with reading this Attorney review without doubt. I had the chance to meet with several attorneys and have several friends who are Judges and Attorney’s. John was my Attorney.
I have one regret, I really wanted to see John in court but my body was giving up. I was afraid to let him down. I knew the defense had no chance against this man. I told John I would not lie I had my honor, he said of course. I told him in the beginning we could not be friends something my father taught me, who was a Pearl Harbor Survivor, Police Officer and worked with judges for juveniles. I can say now he is my friend and he showed me his Honor.
