I met James through my bankruptcy attorney
During the bank fraud forclosures in 2010. He assisted me to stay in my forclosed home for 5 years, to recover some of the financial loss I incured when the bank kept my escrow money through the forclosure process. Mr. Dean worked over the course of 5 years on my vehicle accident case, through many problems and issues brought about by the defendants attorney. My home was damaged in recent CA wild fires. My friend has referred me to Artin and he represented my home insurance claim. Artin was very knowledgeable about the whole processes. He handled the whole processes smoothly and when the insurance agency tried to play down some of the damages he countered them very well. In the end he got the good amount to cover the entire damages. Personally I had spend very little time and effort in the entire processes. As far as attorney's go John Lawlor is an knowledgeable;e, professional and respectful as they get. I learned of Vito after experiencing a very sudden car accident in which the driver of our vehicle had zero fault in. However because we didn't have adequate coverage, my injuries were about to have to come out of my pocket, that is until my mother-in-law advised me to allow an attorney to look over and review everything before I signed off on anything that pertained to this accident. I had just so happened to have just received a brochure in the mail from Hupy and Abraham, so I gave them a call. They were very sympathetic to my situation and even sent out a representative to my home for my initial consultation. After signing up with them, all of the bill collectors that were hounding me in regards to this accident just stopped calling. It took awhile for the proceedings to be completed, and I was only seeking the medical damages that were incurred from this accident. Well, after negotiations with Vito, I not only got my medical bills paid, but I had enough left over to pay some additional bills , as well as to take a trip to the Islands for a few days. I was so satisfied that I hired him for another accident where a driver rear ended me and totaled my car. Needless to say, that he did the same thing for this case. However, what did take me by total shock was that, during his negotiations, I assume that he didn't agree with the finalized amount. I say this because he called me and said that we had won "x" amount of dollars but after paying everyone that needed to be reimbursed, I would only be left with a very small amount. It was at this point that he told me that he would make sure that I got at least "x" dollars back, even if it meant that the difference would have to be taken out of his fee. I had never heard any attorney offer to forego their own fee. This meant that he would have just done all of that successful work that he had done for absolutely nothing. How many other attorneys have you heard say something like this to you? Of course, from now on, Vito will be my go to guy if I ever need help after any type of automotive accident. He truly earns his living and has shown me what a loving and genuinely concerned attorney acts ike!

Mia Frieder
Mia worked on a car accident case for me from 2014 to 2017. I had numerous treatments and in the end had to have major back surgery. The insurance Company never made me any offer of settlement. Mia was able to obtain settlements from three different insurance Company.
I can cannot say enough about Mia. You could not ask for more in an Attorney. Mia is a caring person and puts the client first. A few years ago, a friend and I had gotten into some trouble. With my friend having a previous record, it was VERY important to find the best lawyer to get everything handled. We met with, and contacted SEVERAL lawyers throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. After the first meeting with Mr. Hannan, it was a very easy choice for us to hire him to defend us. All the other lawyers were pushy, not positive in the outcome, and very expensive.
Bryan was very easy to work with, get along with, and very reasonably priced. He told us from the beginning that everything would turn out ok, and we didn't have to worry about much. We only had to meet with him a couple of times, and appear in court one time, and everything was taken care of like he had told us in the beginning. Adriana was fantastic. I fired my previous lawyer who did nothing on my auto accident claim and never updated me. Adriana kept me informed every week on the status of my claim and fought hard to get my previous attorney to lower his fees (he tried to get a big fee for doing nothing.
