I had very bad and crazy divorce experience and it took almost 4 years, because my ex was totally brain washed by new boyfriend and this boyfriend is connected to crafty and greedy attorney in manhattan beach RR. this attorney RR is even famous in court room as bad and insistent lawyer. so i was recommended one of top lawyer FS in Bevery Hills at beginning but my attorney FS was so expensive and he didn't care about my case because compare to his other clients I am poor and my marriage was only 2 years.. not big deal case.
but since we were fighting with RR he drug everything unbelievably slow and judge was keep rolling eyes.., after year and half we had nothing done but attorneys fee was already $150,000. then i couldn't keep this Bevery Hills attorney FS who doesn't care about my case and enjoying spending unnecessary time with my ex's attorney RR.
after i let FS go i hire other attorney CC, she was nice about she offered me payment option but she said she came from criminal fields and i guess she didn't have much experience in family law and she was not strong enough to stop RR. so ends up it took another 2years with this attorney CC and i got few bad judgements and even payment option i spent crazy amount of money..
but finally i met William Glavin thru my friend in manhattan beach and william stopped crazy and greedy RR's attack and very honest charge. i went thru divorce and used 3-4 attorneys and interviewed many attorneys. but i have to say 90% of family attorneys are money hungry and don't care about me. but finally I found this this guy William and his associate Adam!
they are strong but honest get into the point and save your money and i can trust 100%!!

Attorney Elder actually listened! I have consulted a few attorneys in my child support matter and they seem to never listen. This kind of law can be heated and ordinarily has lots of innuendo and emotions that go hand-in-hand with the cases. Other attorneys were detached and didn't effectively represent or fight for what I wanted. With Attorney Elder I truly feel like I have an advocate because she represented my specific needs!

I cannot describe how grateful I am that I found Lynda! Facing a truly daunting court case, I knew I needed a truly competent attorney. I interviewed several attorneys in the Phoenix area, and after only a few minutes I knew Lynda Vescio was the representation I needed. Due to Lynda's ability, the legal case was settled months ahead of what I was told to expect by the other attorneys, and in my favor! Not only that, but she traveled to meet us for the original consult, unlike the others, and in the end the fees for the entire case ended up being very nearly what she predicted. My daughter starts at Southern Oaks tomorrow in Ky, my hometown, thanks to Andrew Rankin. I'm so nervous and excited for this change. I'm even more excited for her. More than anything, the fact that she is so happy about moving, let's me know this is exactly where we are supposed to be. Going through this divorce has been the most heart wrenching experience not just on me, but for my girls. I never imagined being treated by the man I loved for so long in such hateful and slanderous ways. 5 months ago I received a petition for divorce, alimony, sole custody, child support, and a restraining order keeping me within 50 miles of his residence when Im not even from here nor know anyone because I spent 4 years focused solely on my degree and family. Thanks to Mr Andrew Rankin, he gave me the best birthday gift yesterday, the call to tell me to go home. I have my family back despite my ex's tremendous amount of lies and manipulation. Catherine represented me in a very difficult case around a move away situation with my child. She spent so many evenings and weekends making sure she had everything prepared for our day in court. Family law is an incredibly tough industry to be in, and Catherine understands that these decisions impact lives. She truly cares and gives 120% in all that she does on your behalf. My case did not have the outcome I had hoped for, but it certainly wasn't for her lack of effort or preparation (sometimes you get a judge on a bad day). When I needed a Savannah attorney to assist me in removing the court appointed conservator for my elderly aunt, I did not know where to turn. However, when I contacted an attorney friend in a large prestigious law firm in Atlanta asking for a reference, without hesitation they recommended Janice Powell. At our first meeting, I was impressed by her legal knowledge and experience. Her compassion for both my aunt and me was obvious. Ms Powell worked diligently to see that both my aunt and her property were protected. Bridget Walsh Hutchen has represented my family and me several times, always with a positive outcome. She evidences skill, empathy, knowledge, and perseverance. I was cited for speeding in a school zone, an offense that could have resulted in the loss of my license for six months. I was referred by a colleague, who as an attorney, explained to me that if he ever needed a divorce attorney he would hire John Paone. I knew there would be no doubt that my divorce was going to be ugly and complicated. My soon to be ex was less than reasonable. (Actually, he was totally unreasonable!) Retaining John was the best thing I could have ever done. I felt confident having Mr. Paone as my attorney, in fact, he was so prepared and organized that the opposition would often ask John for copies of documents in court. Everyone was amazed as was the judge! John is well informed of the law, keeps current, is thorough, organized, articulate, and probably one of the best litigators one could ever want. I found this lawyer, to be quite competent, understanding of my fears and wishes, and easily accessible compared to other lawyers I have had in the past. Mark had a calming effect with his direct approach he took with me. I had many things to fear in the case that Mark represented me in, and he always took the time to fully explain all options to me.
