Barry was referenced to me for his legal knowledge and temperament. He was my second lawyer (make a change if it does not feel like your lawyer is on your team!) for divorce and was the perfect fit, as it is important for there to be a good level of understanding. This person is critical to your life and future lives of your children, post-divorce.
Barry listened to my endless jabbering, but at a point he educated me on what was critical and what was a complete waste of time. He was so right on many occasions, it was not even funny. In mediation, he even called what would be happening before it happened VERBATIM!!! Listen to this advisor - he is the real deal and he gives a sh-- about his clients. Don't waste time on crap he says is a waste of time (and often money). Relax a bit - I know it is hard to believe for some, like me.
Reasonably available during the paperwork process, but 100% available when it really matters (when the iron was hot).
Good man and lawyer. I recommend highly.

Katherine is a fantastic attorney, and one I would recommend to anyone struggling with a family law issue. She doesn't waste time, she doesn't sugar-coat, and everyone in her office is pleasant to work with. She also returns calls and email very quickly, which I was very grateful for. I found her to be ethical, knowledgeable, and trustworthy and her advice is well worth every penny. Although she doesn't tell you exactly what you want to hear, she tells you the truth and having an attorney you can trust is priceless.

After years of searching for a good lawyer I found a great one!!! Katherine Grier was honest with the expenses and accounted for every dime. She returned my calls on time which was amazing compared to my former lawyers. She cared about my case and my children's best interest, she's a lawyer with a heart. I only wish she represent me in every area of my life, but she's done her job very well and got me everything I needed. She's worth every penny I'd highly recommend her!

I needed to speak to an attorney regarding an emergency situation and Shannon took the time to speak with me at length during a consultation but their firm only charged me for one hour - even though I went way past that. She said it was important that she understood my situation and needs. She listened but asked tough questions and even though some of them were hard to answer, she helped me understand the situation more fully.
She gave me great legal advice. It was practical advice but also very smart advice that helped me calm the situation so my spouse and I could talk things through a bit. I definitely left my consultation knowing my rights and I was glad I talked to her up front. I strongly recommend her.

Jennifer and her group are excellent. After a year of representing me in my divorce proceedings my original attorney realized that my case was way too broad and complicated for her to handle, so she recommended Jennifer Frank. I then retained Jennifer after my meeting with her. She is very detailed, experienced and above all her communication is excellent in the court room. I was quite comfortable talking to her about my all my concerns.
Jennifer saw my case to a successful end, even though my ex-husband was making it difficult and caused the case to prolong for longer than it should have been, Jennifer’s strategy was always successful to make him comply.
Her group is also excellent. They are very prompt, and made sure I was kept in the loop and updated with all documents, proceedings etc.
I would highly recommend Jennifer Frank and her group.

I worked with Jennifer through a long, contested divorce and a subsequent, related lawsuit. She carried the football for all sides. I'm not sure that any other attorney could have gotten through not only the mess but the emotional turmoil that was my divorce. It took over a year but that was because Attorney would not back down. From the moment I first met Meghan I was put at ease. Being the defendant in an unwanted divorce was upsetting, but knowing I had Meghan on my side gave me the confidence to move forward through this difficult process. She helped me save money by allowing me to write the settlement and then reviewing it for me. She was always available by email, and the legal assistant was always available by phone, giving me easy access to information all the time.
Some key things that really helped were: knowing I did not have to appear in court if nothing was contested; knowing my lawyer had my best interests in mind; knowing I was not being charged unnecessary or frivolous fees and most importantly having a female lawyer who could really understand my concerns.

My divorce was difficult and emotional. We have children and my former wife was very difficult to deal with. Eric and his team helped me to make sure i made sound decisions for my children and me and my former spouse. I never felt they were trying to just get fees out of me. I felt they were there to help me and even to give me tough advice if i needed it. Even 7 years after the final legal settlement, Eric continues to counsel me when i need him. Jim was willing and capable of negotiating a settlement between myself, my now ex- wife, and her attorney. Jim steered me away from personal actions and communications that may have hurt the chances for a negotiated settlement. My particular situation could have been lucrative for him to litigate as it was complex and there was much discovery that would have accompanied a court battle. However he kept my best interest in mind , avoided litigation, protected my interest as well as possible, and treated my ex - wife with respect. He was bright and really understood the issues which really helped my case. We were able to settle in an very short time compared to stories I have heard from others.
I also believe that negotiation saved both my ex-wife and myself considerable costs. Most importantly it was easier emotionally for the entire family, including our adult children.

It is my experience that there are very few attorneys that understand, or care to know, how to deal with the dynamics of a high conflict divorce with a psychologically impaired party. With one of those attorneys already hired, and exorbitant fees with little to show, I went to Marcy for a second opinion. She was professional, compassionate and well-educated on the judges, mediators and arbitrators that you might have assigned to you. She was quickly responsive to my calls and did not use assistants to screen for her. After going through an insurance settlement case and the stress of that, I then had the treat of going through a divorce soon afterwards. Oh, I also lost my car, businesses and house right around that time too. I was referred to Marcy by a friend who said she was known to be a "bulldog" in the courtroom. After meeting with her to assess if we were a good match or not, I had a very good feeling about her. My X husband and his attorney went to the extra lengths of deposing me for a divorce amongst other ridiculous steps to come to an agreement. Marcy was always more than prepared for every step of the way. The culminating moment of my divorce court date was entertaining as she made my husbands team look like the Three Stooges. She knows divorce law where my X's attorney had just changed over from ambulance chasing to suddenly "help women" in divorce as his website says. By the way, I would strongly advise not using Robert Biondino as instead of preparing for his client, instead, he yelled and screamed in the courtroom. It was like he thought he was in a wrestling match instead of a court of law.
Regardless, Marcy was professional, compassionate, fair in her pricing and yes, a "Bulldog" in the courtroom. Because of these attributes, this traumatic experience is behind me while my X is still paying up! I strongly recommend Marcy and her team!

From my first meeting with Michele I felt that she had my best interest at heart. She is obviously a consummate professional with scrupulous attention to detail. She formulated a plan for us to move forward with and was honest with me as to what to expect. Through this whole process she earned my trust and respect. I wish I would have retained her originally.
Katina was wonderful. She kept me informed as to the progress of my case. She is not only a knowledgeable professional, but a kind and patient person. Her support helped me get through more than a few frustrating times.
The whole office worked as a team. There are two more attorneys and plenty of staff at this office. When Michele was not available there was another attorney there to handle issues. Elizabeth Brown was very warm and personable. I was glad this group was on my side.
Divorce can be a terrible stressful experience. It can be compounded by a lack of timely response. I did not feel the delays in this case had anything to do with this team. This group of professionals kept me on task with my requirements and filed the necessary documents with the court in an expedient manner. I always knew what was expected of me.
