Pesimo servicio, tenía cita a las 11 de la mañana, llegue antes y me dijeron que tenía que esperar porque aún no era hora, 11:40 y aún no me atendían, tuve que irme porque tenía otro compromiso, deberían de ser más serios con las citas, no quiero imaginarme cuando ya se está en algún procedimiento con ellos. Definitivamente buscaré alguien más responsable.

Sumamente decepcionado de este Bufete de abogados. Ah ellos no les importa tu caso, solo les importa tu dinero. De primero te hablan con muchas promesas pero ya una vez firmado el contrato, al momento de comunicarte con ellos o obtener un seguimiento, no contestan. Los casos no son asignados adecuadamente y cuando son asignados los representantes no tienen idea de lo que se esta haciendo, . Ahora para comunicarte con el abogado para todo se necesita cita. El como supuesto gerente de esta locacion tiene que tener sentindo de urgencia para cada caso y estar disponible en cada momento. Por que lo unico que sucede es que se atrasan los procesos. No se dejen llevar por las bonitas palabras ….👎👎👎

We had an issue with citizenship application. Mr Zavala (office manager and a Lawyer) provide us with a free case evaluation, set a reasonable retention fee. He followed up with his promises and delivered. Since they were reestablishing their office after COVIS-19 (in May and June 2021), all calls were directed to their Houston Main Office which was a bit confusing. This issue is resolved , now staff has direct phone numbers. staff were great in helping with the issues. They spent a lot of time and on details of our case. our case was resolved to our satisfaction on July 22, 2021. I will use them in the future.

Muchas gracias a todos por tomarse el tiempo de publicar sus criticas. Yo estaba a punto de contratarlos pero gracias a que las lei, voy a buscar otro abogado. Todas estas quejas se deberian reportar a BBB(better business bureau).

They have terribleThey have terrible service.. They just dont care about yoyr case at all.. both my brother and i dont know whats going to happen with us thanks to no responce
