Holly's communication was poor. She never got back to me in the timeframe she said she would. I was very lenient with giving her time to work, but had to follow up multiple times through her paralegal to get a response. I got to the point have have little confidence that she was aggressively following up as we agreed. As part of the services, I asked her to follow up with a family member who is in jail. She did so, but he reported that she was constantly looking at her watch or phone and didn't seem to give him or his case much interest. At least that is how she made him feel. In the end, I couldn't believe how high the bill was! If she didn't want the case, I wish she had just said so up front.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Very condescending behavior coming from Holly. I would never recommend.

In the case of Jacob Russell Boyce v. This pattern of violations underscores the urgent need for redress and justice in this case, which is supported by strong legal precedents and warrants swift resolution through the legal system.

Holly and Hannah are amazing! They've done a great job helping me through the most difficult time of my life, my divorce, as I'm sure a lot of us understand. I would definitely recommend them to my close friends and family, as well as anyone else.
