After discovering during the CFI investigation that Stephanie missed her deadline, I confronted her regarding the integrity of her report, citing CDJ 04-08. To address this negligence, I will file CDJ 1361 to obtain a copy of the final report and proceed with a formal complaint. Over 30 days past her original deadline, and after learning of my intended filing, Stephanie submitted a status update. However, instead of completing her investigation, the update contained defamatory remarks. I will provide an update once I submit the complaint and receive a response. I also encourage anyone facing communication challenges with Stephanie to review CDJ 04-08, as she currently fails to comply with the documents required verbiage.

The law office of Stephanie Suzanne is representing a client involving a civil court order. However, she does not communicate and is highly unethical from reading the reviews. Stephanie Suzanne refuses to serve her own client.

She was appointed as a CFI for my custody case. Her extremely disrespectful paralegal Shontel L. Osei-Boateng started our interactions on a terrible note, and it only got more unprofessional from there. Culminating in Stephanie Suzanne using racially offensive language and threatening me. I will happily provide the emails documenting these events. Unless you're going in front of a judge who wears his pointed hood on the bench, or you yourself are an active Klan member I would not recommend.

Melissa represents our homeowners association under a retainer agreement with her firm. In all of my dealings with Melissa, she has been responsive and helpful. I especially appreciate her ability to cut through the emotional baggage that sometimes accompanies HOA issues and to recommend practical solutions to problems. Melissa is conversant with Colorado's condominium law and with the unique concerns of our association. We are fortunate to have her on our team!
