I had an extremely positive experience with Michele in a personal injury situation. Even when the case was dragged out by the defendant and it became clear they were severely underinsured and the settlement would be paltry (for her and me)... Michele still treated me and the case with urgency and continued to plod through all of the delaying tactics to reach the best possible conclusion under the circumstances.
