My experience with Megan Matthews at Frank Azar and Associates has been nothing short of amazing. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me throughout my case. Anytime I had uncertainty or was stressed due to my lack of knowledge about the entire legal process, Megan was there to put my mind at ease. I contacted Frank Azar when I was broadsided in a 4 car pile-up, and was assigned to Megan Matthews, who couldn't have been better. She sailed through red tape I could not have done. Her percentage of my payment was what I expected and was well earned. My calls were always answered ...she was pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. I would go to Frank's office again and would ask for Megan again!!

I recently wrote the review listed below and since then I can say Frank Azars team has done great work to fix the problem and gain my trust back. Zach Balkin was great and extremely helpful and understanding of where I was coming from. Thank you. My experience was very bi polar with Frank Azar's team. When my case was near being "settled" my lawyer Megan Matthew's brought me into the office to discuss my case. She assured me that the last 2 outstanding bills were still being fought with and that I still had more checks coming to me once those are settled. When I didn't hear from my lawyer in a month I reached out to her for an update with no response! Then I receive the nastiest collection letter from one of the offices that she ASSURED me was the one they were going to settle, stating I am responsible for $5000.00. When I called the collection office they said that they have evidence that they reached out to Megan on several occasions to settle this debt and her office never replied so the bill automatically defaults to me. They sent me the evidence of them trying to settle the debt and Frank's office never replied. When I told the collection office what my lawyer told me they said she isn't responding to them. The collection office delayed my account so I can work things out with the law firm. For 2 months I haven't received a call back or an email from Meghan or anyone on Frank's team, so now I am left with a $5000.00 bill that has made a delinquency on my credit report. I am shook and at a loss as to how I am going to pay this. Very terrible way to treat your customers that put their faith in you. It's a sad day when a collection office has done more to try to help settle my debt than my actual lawyer. I will never recommend anyone to Frank Azar's team.

Jordan Coley got my claim done pretty fast. I thought it would take forever. I’m also pleased at the amount I am getting back.

My experience has been great with Frank Azar. Both my lawyer were professional, kind and understanding. They answered all my questions, checked on me even on Saturdays to see how my recovery was going and took time to listen to my greivences with one of my health providers. I hope I never neeed a lawyer again but if I do, I will Call Frank Azar again. Wade and Jon are amazing lawyers and nice people.
