After almost two years with another attourney from a big reputable firm running us in circles we were at our wits end. Josh Hotchkiss picked up our case and was nothing short of amazing. Within three months we were settled, for what we thought was an good value given that we were hit by a convicted drunk driver in broad daylight. Josh was super professional, straight to the point and it was very easy to get him on the phone if we had questions. He updated us every step of the way and gave us great advice backed by logic and examples the whole time. I don’t have enough good things to say about this firm. The last two years were so difficult and to have it wrapped up so quick with these guys was awesome.

Over all, I was pleased with their work. They settled my case in the way that I asked for and it wasn’t a long drawn out process. I didn’t love having my lawyer switched three separate times, each time there was a different reason as to why I was getting a new lawyer. But aside from that, I’m happy my case is settled and they took care of what I asked for.

John not only went out of his way for me but kept me up to date on everything and made the process so much easier and faster. By the time everything was said and done I was kept in the know how and understood every bit of it. John went out of his way to explain everything to me to the point where I understood everything and trusted him fully.
