Had a traffic accident, they were more than helpful to resolve my case

The office of LMOC helped me through the most difficult part of my life. Whenever I worked with one of the people from this office, I was always treated respectfully, even in the times where stress peaked. The only thing I'd change is more communication as to my case status along the way. Otherwise, this was as positive an experience as I could expect following an accident.
