Sheesh!!! Where do I start, if your reading this you must be in the same position I was in majority of 2023, I’m going to be bold and honest to say look no more you found the right Attorney Richard Gama, Here’s why! I interviewed numerous of name brand/non name brand lawyers for my accident injury claim, mind you I’m a do it yourself type of person if your able, so I did a lot of research on my injuries and claim to make sure I get fair compensation and I wanted to know everything I could learn about my claim. During my interviews every Attorney left out important information on explaining to me what would possibly happen,these anre well known Attorneys in Colorado, Except Richard Gama he answered every question correctly and explain everything correctly that I already had researched. I tried to settle my claim on my own while going through a lot of pain and treatment, very stressful not worth it plus the insurance companies did not evaluate my claim fair. So at the end of the day you’re going to need an attorney! It makes it a lot easier, less stressful, Once I found Richard (thank God) it was the 1 on 1 communication, prompt responses, his fees beat everyone else’s, he’s fair and honest. He stayed consistent! I would definitely hire Richard Gama again. But I rather not want to be involved in another auto accident. He’s the right lawyer to hire for your claim I would stake my settlement on that! Thank you again Richard!!!!

I filled for bankruptcy in 2019 with lots of things on the line trying to keep my house still run my business didn’t think it would be able to get done without effecting my business. Jesse did outstanding job of keeping us informed weekly and monthly thru out process. Things got rough during our bankruptcy due to we are restaurant owners and just after we got our payment plan worked out covid hit causing us to lose almost all of our income which meant I was cs a not going to be able to meet my obligations. I called Jesse stressed out about situation and within a couple days got my payments adjusted for the next year to just about nothing helping us be able to make our obligations.
